Products are good (which is their only saving grace), but the service you get when you call is horrible. It's the type of interaction you'd expect if you were being helped by a person whose isn't operating a business, and has never been taught the concept of professional business etiquette. They'll place you on hold to legit get rid of helping you. It's the same guy that does it every time. I don't blame him though he sounds like he couldn't come up with two complete sentences if he was reading an encyclopedia so I can totally understand his morbid fear of answering questions using words. On top of that you can beat their prices if you do a little homework.
