Sanford I will never rent from again. Multiple phone calls to them about reservations just to be told each time they don’t have a res for me and me having to make new ones, leading up to when I get there they don’t even have the right equipment reserved. Every time I called I specifically said I need a single axle hydraulic lift bed trailer, somehow got entered in the system that I need a floor scraper? Then come to find out the 3 hydraulic trailers they have all broken down. So I was forced to take a 14ft double axle tilt trailer which was way to big for what I needed and it didn’t even work the way I needed it to. Sanford employees couldn’t even answer simple questions about their own trailers like how much does the trailer weigh, or how much weight can it handle! Stay far away from Sanford, go to Ocoee sunbelt! They actually have their lot and rental agents on top of things. Knowledgeable and efficient. The lady that works the counter in the first bay, I think her name was Monica, was great and got me check in at Ocoee quickly, i should note that Monica did give me a day reimbursement for sanfords screw up without me even asking which I am thankful for ?
I needed a tall ladder for a couple hours. These guys were friendly and very helpful. I got the work done quickly and they were right there to help offload the ladder.

Work with sunbelt daily. However the ladies and gentlemen at this branch were absolutely exemplary

I went there looking to rent a carpet cleaning machine. This is my first visit. Mr.Travis received me voluntarily and explained all options. Very friendly environment. I will rent from them any day.

Always "First Class" Service and the equiptment is Always Modern/Up-To-Date, Clean and 100%Operational. The entire crew at this location demonstrate what "Teamwork" can accomplish. Thanks again for your help and we are Very Thankful to have your store and staff here in Sanford. Capt. P.G. Rothrock
