Joel was very pleasant. He took the time to answer all of my questions and educated me on the things that needed repair. He also pointed out items that may need repairs in the future. He completed his work, cleaned up the area, and guided me through the imvoice. I would definitely use this company again.

I normally get an annual service done. The technician, SoPec Ker, was very professional and answered all my questions truthfully. I verified this by physically looking at the old parts he showed me. I'm satisfied with this company and will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend you do the same. Have a great day.

Leaving a 1 star review for the new install team Ian and his helper David. We are doing a full exterior remodel and went with Precision door based on recommendations from others and google reviews. Tyler our sales rep and the rest of the team have been wonderful. Fast forward to the install and everything looks great except this. We specifically purchased new trim to get rid of the old rotted trim which can be clearly seen in the photos and areas that aren’t seen because they simply covered it. When I spend several grand on a new garage door this isn’t the level of workmanship I’d expect. Nothing says you don’t take pride in your work by simply nailing new trim over rotted trim that’s over twenty years old. Nothing was communicated as they couldn’t remove old trim and after inspecting it myself there’s a few nails holding it on and would merely just have to razor blade around the caulk line. Precision doors have assured us it will be fixed today but I expect a 5 star company to install my product correctly the first time and not be left with eyesore noticeable form the street because the trim pieces aren’t even the same size so it looks tacky to begin with.
New tech came out and said they could possibly damage the stucco which is why they didn’t touch it. That’s completely fine and expected as we are doing a full remodel to include stucco repairs. Garage door does look great but the install crew should’ve communicated this and given the homeowner the option instead of just nailing over rotted trim

Top notch service. They called in their way like I asked. The technician, Bernard, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He was patient and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way.
The price was fair and he even fixed a couple of things and didn't nickle and dime on them. When I use then again I'll definitely ask for Bernard but I've used them in the past (quite awhile ago) and their last technician was also fantastic.

Victor and Alex have been such a pleasure to work with!! They were very professional and knowledgeable on the service and repair!! The cable and strut was replaced as well as lubricated the moving parts!!! Definitely ask for this team!!

I had the pleasure of working with Precision Garage Doors and their technician, James. Precision recently replaced my double torsion springs, cables, and installed a 7-foot Genie belt rail. James was not only knowledgeable but also provided excellent service. He explained the entire process, and the job was completed flawlessly. My garage door is now working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommended, especially with James on the job!
What truly impressed me was that they took before and after photos to show the work done, which added an extra layer of transparency and professionalism.
Moreover, they left my garage spotless after the job was completed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for their exceptional service, attention to detail, commitment to customer satisfaction, and their impressive invoicing process with constant updates.
