Awesome professionals. Attentive and very knowledgeable. They came very quickly and I couldn’t recommend higher. 5 stars for me. Sergio Guadalupe was our technician, he was very kind and helpful.
We had a leak in our home and I was frantic not knowing where it was coming from or the damage it had already done. I decided to make a service call to Roto Rooter. Immediately, they sent out their plumber Michael Goff. He quickly calmed my fears and reassured me that he would find the source of the leak. Within minutes, he was able to tell me it was a drain leak and the steps he would need to take to repair it. Michael kept me informed every step of the way and treated my home as if it were his own. Slowly but surely, my fears withered away as I watched how meticulous he was in his work. Somewhere in between the "when did I notice" and "the I don't knows" he managed to call water restoration for me to speak with and address any further issues that may arise. He listened. Michael really listens to what his customers questions and concerns are and addresses them even if it doesn't pertain to the plumbing service. Given his "can do" attitude, his caring nature, and his respectful manner, Mr. Goff's professionalism and work ethic can only be described as excellent. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and if I ever need their services in the future, I will not hesitate to call.

Technician was awesome. He was super friendly and very explanatory about the whole process. I was so pleased with the results in such a short time after my call to them. This was a backup and emergency to my household. No extra charge after five pm. Highly recommend and telling all my friends and family. Keep up the good work RR.
