We completed a full kitchen remodel, including opening a wall, all new cabinets, countertops, appliances, and flooring. I could not be happier with our results! We had thought about it and looked for years, trying to find what we wanted. I walked into Florida Bath in Santa Rosa Beach and met Veronica one day and finally had someone who gave me just what I wanted. Veronica's kitchen design was perfect. She helped us from beginning to end. We worked with Katie for decor ideas and Kevin was our project manager. Earl, installer, is a jewel. We also worked with Jennifer at BSI for our appliances. They are all professional. The fact that they handle every aspect made for less stress and they coordinated with our contractor easily. We did have a problem with our hood, not their fault, and it was ordered and replaced right away. As I said, we could not be happier. It is my dream kitchen and I love every aspect of it. Kay S.
Great showroom would have given full stars but.... The woman staff member is so hateful, unfriendly and unhelpful. We've been there several times and she's just as rude each time.

Florida Bath and Tile was so easy to work with! Laura was very professional and helped me put together a seamless look throughout my new home. We chose tile, sinks, countertops and they even supplied the glass and mirror for all my showers. Kevin was easy and efficient as well. Overall, I was so pleased and enjoyed working with the staff. I can't wait to see everything come together.

I’m a local business owner and I was there this morning with my business partner, and Laura - the designer treated us terribly. We wanted flooring and tile backsplash for our space and she didn’t even have the time to help us. Instead, she gave us a terrible attitude and we’re the ones wanting to use their business (to keep it local) and spend our money. She said we needed an appointment, when I called back, they said we didn’t need one that someone could help us since we have all of our measurements and colors. We had our wallets ready and we wanted to buy our flirting and backsplash today. Don’t go there!!

Although the didn't have exactly the trim I needed for my kitchen project they gave me the name and address of a custom woodworking company that helped me finish my project.

I have used them for my clients and have been very happy. I also have them install at my home. Very pleased!
The one person that said they were horrible was one of my clients and I can say this it was not anyone’s fault that the cabinet was sent being the wrong size.
