Sarasota Glass & Mirror are certainly the best in this area. From initial consultation to quote, install, and follow-up every one was polite, professional, neat, and a pleasure to work with. Mr. Blackwell and I were very pleased with the way our warranty issue was handled. Lots of communication from everyone. It was handled quickly and efficiently.

We were a little worried about starting the second phase of window and door replacement since we had such a terrible experience with the first phase using another well-known company. However, Sarasota Glass and Mirror was a joy to work with through the entire process. It started with Gary from Sales who was very personable and knowledgeable of the product. He listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions which we liked better and saved us money. The communication from the office throughout the process was great and the windows were ready earlier than originally estimated. Then came the three days of installation of 11 windows and doors. We were very impressed with the two-person install team of Orlando and Harlen. They were on time, professional, polite and very hard working. They worked so well together it seemed choreographed and I would request these two for any future jobs. I highly recommend this company.

We had impact windows recently installed by this company. Ray, Dave, and Rob were so pleasant to work with. They were all efficient, kind, and professional. Couldn't ask for a better team to do the work. Highly recommend this company!! They were awesome!!! Thanks so much guys!

Purchased a door in December and we had to put down a $3500 deposit. We were informed 30 days ago door install had to be pushed back because a truck was down. We accepted the delay and moved on. Today we received a email that our install was postponed indefinitely because of weather and illness. I called the store and was informed they only have one truck doing installs and their quality of work was very low.
After hearing that comment from GM of the store we asked for a refund and were informed they don’t do refunds and we should wait for them to resume installs at a later date. I was also informed they have four to six months to install. I asked for a refund and was given a total run around. They did offer to cancel the permit for the door and install and take $500 off the door and basically sell me the door at full price. I do hold myself responsible because this was an operation that stood us up multiple times for the initial cost and measure appointment. Red flags all over the place. My bad!!!!
