We purchased our tile from the Sarasota store and we had excellent customer service! They also have a great selection and pricing!
Riley was very helpful in helping me and my husband choose tile for our bathroom. When I returned 2 days later, Riley wasn't scheduled to work so Donna, the cashier, stepped up and helped me with the changes I wanted to make to the estimate. How's that for teamwork!

Updated.... dealing with Donna on 2 different occasions for other rooms has been unpleasurable due to her condescending attitude towards us.

Stephanie Nibert is amazing. She was so helpful. Explained the different tiles and showed me many many different combos until I found the one I loved. Stephanie is so patient and knowledgeable. I thank her for all your help.

Polite staff that were busy but took time to say excuse me and caution when they were moving tiles with lift.

Stephanie was awesome. She was easily able to match the floor tiles and grout that we picked for the walls. Everyone in the store was polite and helpful. The other big tile place did not even recognize us the few times we went there.

I can't say enough great things about this store. Everyone was so pleasant and the store was clean and had a great lay out. When I went to purchase tile for my bathroom remodel, Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The tile looks beautiful and I had everything needed to get the project completed. Thank you Josh and thank you Tile Outlets of America! I will definitely be back when I'm ready to start the next project.

Had to drive down to this location to get the product as the Tampa location was wrong on their stock. Grabbed four cases of tiles that I needed, put them on a flat cart and then went to grab another item from the back. Walk back in three minutes, the cart is gone. Looked around for7-8 minutes and could not find. Asked the store manager, did somebody move my cart. He asked some employees and called and checked around and told me "None of my employees moved it." Had to have stock pulled from the back. Then this store employee said "Oh, I just moved it into a cart and moved it 5 ft away". This is completely not true. Spent 30 minutes plus trying to get four boxes of tile. No real apology, no slight discount. They had the item in stock that's why they have one star.
