Vance Robinson was our inspector. We had scheduled our inspection with the Sarasota office for 9AM because we had flown in from out of state & wanted to leverage our time because we were only in town for 2 days. Well we rolled up to the house @ 8:30am and Vance was already on site. We also had our project manager there so we walked the house with him, while Vance was performing his inspection. When we finished our walk thru with the PM, he had other appointments & had to leave. We then started to examine the house & questions were coming up for us and Vance was happy to help us with answers to all our questions. We interrupted him several times but he never appeared put out by our inquiries, he demonstrated real professionalism. He stopped his work & was readily available for us. This was such a departure from a previous company we had contacted who had no follow up or couldn’t respond to a text or voicemail or email. Needless to say we were thrilled with Vance & Hope home inspections. We were impressed with how he conducted himself and even more impressed with the report we got. We would not hesitate to recommend Hope Home Inspections or use them again if our needs ever warranted their services. Our thanks go out to Vance and the team at Hope !
