After spending many months deciding on the right company with the best package to suit my knees. I stayed right where I originally was with Alert360 and I’m completely satisfied with the install and the products that were used. Installer was accurate and informative and very professional. I’d ask for Cole if I were you.

I have been having issues with camera recordings for months. I was giving Alert 360 one last ditch effort to fix the issue. Tyler was the technician who arrived and he was amazing. He didn’t stop trying to resolve the issue. After several hours of him working on this, he finally resolved the problem. Not sure what the issue was; all I care is that at this point it is resolved. A big thank you to Tyler!!!

The salesman is top notch. He listened to our needs and did not try to up sell us on items we did not need. The two installation techs that arrived on time were second to none. So professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Everything was super clean one they were done and they did a remarkable job of explaining how to use the system.

I have been an Alert 360 customer for many years. There are two reasons why I choose Alert 360 for home alarm monitoring. First: Customer support over the phone is excellent. Second: Technicians are very good. I had an issue with my home alarm system. Kyle was my technician. He was very professional in troubleshooting my issue. He answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. In summary, I will continue to be an Alert 360 customer because of the excellent customer service.

Tyler, the Alert 360 tech arrived at 10:30 am, after calling. He was earlier than was originally scheduled. Much appreciated. He took about 10-15 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. He was friendly, polite, and very professional. Explained the issue clearly and helpfully. A 5 star experience.
