I would definitely NOT recommend. They said a job would take 3-6 months and it took 1 1/2 years. There was lie after lie after lie. They did a horrible job laying tile. It had to be redone. The owner and the girl working for him were rude. It was a nightmare.
Had them do our spare bathroom several years ago. I took far longer than they said and it was a disaster. I'm just here to rejoice in the fact that I think they have gone out of business. They sure have earned it.

on 2/2/24 at around 950am one of your drivers drove me off the road wasn’t paying attention to any of their surroundings at all, going full force into the lane, i had to swerve out in time. (in the lane next to them)

This company was contracted through Lowe’s for my project. They rescheduled the night before once and then called me after hours the night before the second appointment to tell me they were no longer handling the job. When I called the next day to inquire what had happened, they claimed that Lowe’s took them off. When I called to talk to Lowe’s, it was actually in fact this company that dumped several Lowe’s projects at the last minute and they were scrambling to get everyone set up with a new contractor. This was also confirmed by the new contractor. I would give zero stars for lack of respect for people’s time, dishonesty and poor management of jobs.

Horrible company. It’s amazing to me that they’re in business. Approved an estimate from them for a bathroom granite countertop replacement. They took over a month to get me their insurance documents and have ghosted. Good luck trying to get them on the phone and don’t bother showing up to their shop in person, nobody is there and the door is locked. Do not use this company. They’ve wasted my time and have cost my company money with their incompetence.

Don't do it!! We did a total remodel of our kitchen and it was never completely finished. Horrible customer service. They tried to substitute flooring without telling us. We didn't get the original cabinets we ordered. When it came time to do all the final fixes, they stopped returning calls and texts. Would never recommend them to anyone!

This is the second job st Aug kitchen and bath have done for us. The service is great, the prices right and their inventory of slabs unique. I could not recommend them any more highly. Definitely check them out before you buy anywhere else.

They were supposed to install my countertops through Lowe’s, but instead lied to me for 3 months that my countertops were ordered when they never actually ordered them. Now I’m getting the run around with Lowe’s trying to find another installer to come out, measure, and order all over again. I’m assuming it was the incredibly rude and inept coordinator that set two measure appointments for us then said she forgot to make them, that was responsible for never ordering our countertops. Eventually this economy will collapse and you will be the first to go out of business with the way you’re treating people.

Don’t even know where to begin on the awful experience with this company. Was having a bathroom countertop installed. It took a total of 14 weeks to finally get my countertop intalled. In short : Took weeks before measurements taken ( which wound up being wrong) . They blamed Lowes for giving them incorrect address twice and then charged an extra $150 for mileage ! Two non - English speaking men finally installed countertop it was full of scratch marks , never buffed out . Couldn’t install backsplash as it was wrong size. My GC called business, she set up appointments for it to be done . . A guy came out , said he was never was told he had to buff and didn’t have buffer with him to do the job . There were 3 NO SHOWS , COMPLETE INCOMPETENCY , and employee that came out was totally OBNOXIOUS to me ! Buffing was not done in back of faucets and he said “ nothing I can do about that “ , amongst other rude remarks. My GC called owner next morning from my house after assessing the job . He didn’t know he was on speaker and told him that there was “no pleasing her “ and accused me of trying to find fault with everything so I wouldn’t have to pay them ! Well, I didn’t have to look far ! This whole ordeal stressed me out . Then he said he didn’t expect to get paid from me , so guess what - he didn’t! Only thing that wound up in my favor, but I would have much rather paid than to go through this and have a shoddy job done .! Sorry this is so long but I noticed I’m not the only one who has gone through this with this company . ? Please don’t be fooled by their lies !

I recently purchased a vacation beach house in Vilano Beach. After 5 quotes, I chose St Augustine Kitchen and Bath.
Everything was as easy as possible. Showroom, measuring, installation were done professionally and on time as promised. They did my main kitchen and downstairs efficiency, Quartz countertops with undermount sinks.
Will be using them on my bath remodels.

We purchased a fixer upper in the area. We have had bad luck with contractors. I was nervous to try again with any another....well I am so happy to say Crystal made it super easy!! I fell in love with some reminisce in the park lot. Stopped by and asked for an estimate and decided to get an appt to measure. He came by and got the measurements and my wishes. They scheduled and got it in place!!! The guys were super professional!!! Absolutely love it!!!
Will be back for our kitchen job in the future!

We just had new counter tops installed and I was very impressed with the process from start to finish. The countertops are beautiful. Crystal is awesome: Great customer service, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. All the staff went out of their way to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. We are truly satisfied customers and look forward to working with Saint Augustine Kitchen and Bath for our upcoming projects.
We highly recommend St. Augustine Kitchen and Bath, as they will go to great length to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied.

The owner, Crystal, is one of the most unprofessional person (RUDE) you will ever meet. (WORST COMPANY EVER).
Initially -- I was hestitate to use this company, many had negative feedback on them - but someone said to give them a chance - I should have listened to the majority of reviews - when you see them all over online -- WORST company, worst customer service ever! LISTEN.
I bought 2 bathroom vanities (granite) - when they installed them - they needed to turn off the water. Going into this process - they never informed me about plumbing or hiring a plumber - since obviously, I would have.
First they didn't have the tool to turn off the water, thankfully, I had a neighbor that did. From there - they completed the installation.
Before I signed for the job - I reminded them to turn the water back on. They said they couldn't do that - only a plumber could - since my valves were bad?!
I was apalled! If they noted my valves were bad - why would they have started the job? They knew I didn't have a plumber! It was nearly 2pm - and I was stuck with no water!
I called the owner, Crystal - and she literally told me it was MY PROBLEM - and HUNG UP ON ME! The installers as my witness. Seriously?!
She claimed she told me I needed a plumber (not true) but in the next breathe said - she didn't know my valves were bad - okay, so what was it?
Either way - they were in the wrong and needed to find me a plumber. As a contractor company - it was probably easier than what I went through - and the extra costs I encountered.
Do yourself a favor - find another company!!! These people are awful!

My wife and I picked out a granite slab from their lot and they quickly scheduled an install. All went as planned, on time and is great quality, we're so happy with our new kitchen countertops, sink, faucet and backsplashes. Thank you Dave, Crystal and the install crew, we're very pleased.

We saved for this project for 1 1/2 years. We purchased and had installed 63 SF of granite. A very large investment for our family. After a great deal of research and online reviews we chose St Augustine Kitchen and Bath. Our decision was based predominately on the fact that we could actually see the granite slabs we purchased and could therefore decide on specific designs and aesthetic aspects of our particular slabs and incorporate those patterns in our design We did not want to be given a small square of a sample and hope it would be as advertised. We carefully designed exactly what areas would be cut into the specific high traffic areas in our home. We focused on only three cuts and let the what we deemed the experts cut the remaining counters with the best utilization of each slab.
Imagine our shock when not one of those three areas were installed in our home. The counters we received had a great deal more stress cracks and flaws than we recognized in our selection. Unfortunately many of these flaws and stress cracks are front and center in the highly visible areas of our counter spaces.
We expressed our dissatisfaction of what we actually received and were offered a cutting board made from the same granite. We declined. Seven installation appointments later we are left completely discouraged and disappointed after the huge investment of money and time.
Dave Boutros has been completely absent since the original agreement and has not returned calls or reached out despite my husband stopping in the showroom requesting a meeting or call back twice. I personally stopped into the showroom completely distraught.
I gave two stars because the installers and construction crews were very courteous and professional and were not involved in any other aspect of our purchase.
