This has been a great experience working with Agua Pools. From the office staff, permits, installers, electrician, concrete mason, and cleaning crews all have been great to work with. Thank you especially to Blake our Project manager he was absolutely one of the best his professional and knowledge was instrumental in making our process smooth. Our pool looks amazing and we love it. Agua pools is highly recommended and I look forward to working with them on future projects.

We contracted with this company way back in December 2023 for a jacuzzi/firepit with patio and lanai. We started the job in April 2024 when we closed on the house. MY ADVISE: Do not contract with them. They now have 90% of our money and it is August, with no end in sight. We were told the initial delay was due to plumber error??? in reading plans, seriously? What kind of company does not ensure quality work from step one. We must bug them constantly for the next step. The project manager is not responsible enough to ensure any work is being done here. We must constantly bug him to get another step in the project complete. Perhaps the company is only good with pools but we should have been informed that this would take so long. One of the neighbors who also has a job done by this company started after us and is completed. WHAT IS the PROBLEM here???? Our grass is ruined waiting for the patio pavers, we cannot go outside due to the lack of a backyard lanai and It is now the 4th MONTH of waiting for it to be done. I am so sorry we chose them, don’t fall into the trap. Find someone else to ensure the job is completed in a timely manner.

Buyer Beware We spent over $200k with these guys, the entire time the made us pay up front for every stage of the project. Here we are 2 and 1/2 years later and tile is falling off the pool sides. Contacted them thinking they would send the sub out that did the work to fix this, one day max. But no, they chose to throw their "One Year Warranty" in our face. Well, those of you considering this company for your pool project may want to look at the other 15 companies that do this before making your final decision. And if Agua is reading this, if this post results in you losing a couple deals then you need to rethink the cost benefit of not standing by your product.

Everyone was really friendly from the beginning to the end. Blake our pool project manager is awesome and was always there when we had questions. Starting the project was delayed (mostly due the permits and weather) but once we were started it was smooth sailing. The kids love the pool!!! Wish we had added a spa and enclosure. Call them up!!

Agua pools was extremely responsive. They actually returned my call within a day. They didn't try to nickle and dime us during the materials process. They explained and met all timelines. The quality of this high-end pool meets our expectations. Blake arrived every week, at which time we discussed the progress, concerns and the upcoming week. All issues were corrected within two weeks. We are very happy with the product and service we received. We recommend!

Aqua pools gave us the pool and spa of our dreams! We could not be happier with the results. The reality of having a pool put in is that it is a long process, and there are many steps along the way. It is a huge investment of time and money and we are thankful that we chose Aqua Pools for this process. We felt like Aqua Pools gave us a very accurate timeline and a very realistic expectation of the process. At every phase of our project, we were highly impressed by the level of professionalism and responsiveness. We worked with many different teams at each phase. (Excavating, equipment, tile, screening ect), and were impressed at every step along the way. Our project manager Blake was also amazing. He answered every question, kept us updated on every timeline. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns that came up along the way were quickly resolved, and even some changes that we made along the way were accommodated. We feel very confident to highly recommend Aqua Pools two anyone. We are thankful for our great experience and beautiful results.

After many months of research on pool companies we decided to go with Agua Pools and they delivered in every way in every area. We started with their sales person, Ryan, who provided a wide variety of options that also met our budget. He came out to the house and took pics and measurements, then worked with his illustrators to bring our dream pool to life with color printouts. This helped us determine changes needed to obtain that perfect look. After the contract was signed, we were assigned our project manager, Ethan Henninger, who came over before the start of the project and went over construction expectations, time lines and possible exceptions. He ensured there was weekly communication with us which was just what we needed to ensure we knew what was going on at that moment. He walked us through every step of the process. Construction teams arrived when he said they would arrive. If weather or scheduling caused a few days of delay, he would call and let us know asap. As the project moved along, we needed to make changes. Ethan was able to make them happen without missing a beat. Every contractor that arrived on site was very professional, cleaned up after they left and provided a great product including the excavation, plumbers, electricians, plaster, and pool cage teams. Ethan came by regularly to check the job site and ensure we were happy with the project. If we had a question, we would text him and get a response within hours if not right away. So far, Agua Pools products have surpassed all of our expectations. Thank you Ethan, Ryan, and Agua Pools for a beautiful Pool.

Agua Pools was the third pool company that we met with for a quote. Keep in mind we have never owned a pool and weren't really sure of what we wanted. Once you start the process it can definitely become overwhelming with all of the choices. We needed an expert that we could trust. Our salesman, Ryan, did an amazing job making us feel comfortable with the fact that he knew what he was talking about. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. After much conversation about out house and what we wanted they produced the design. It blew us away! The design was very different then what the other companies had proposed. The price was actually better than we were expecting so we signed the contract and gave them our first installment. Shortly thereafter, after speaking our neighbor, they pointed out that Agua Pools had a less than favorable rating with the BBB. After doing some other checking we decided to move forward (don't believe everything you read about the BBB!). It took about four months to finish. It by far exceeded every expectation. It looks great, functions great, fits our home perfectly - I can't overstate how much we love it! The workmanship (travertine deck, spa/pool tile, plaster, plumbing)is amazing. Mark, our PM, was great to work with. Everything turned out great. To see what they created from this big black hole in the ground is amazing. Thank you Agua Pools!
