They finished the job in under five hours, cleaned everything when they finished, answered our questions and instructed us on how to operate the windows including the hurricane shutters. Additionally, the windows themselves are excellent, they’re sturdy and they look great!

We set up appointments with 4 different window companies, after 3 years of research. The only company that didn't use subcontractors for the install was Reece. My dad was a General Contractor, so I have no desire to chase after a company AND a contractor if anything goes wrong. Still, we met with all of the companies. Reading the fine detail, all the others required crazy waxing and oiling parts once or twice a year to even back up their product- that isn't happening here in the Florida heat! The Reece warranty is solid, comprehensive, and transferable upon sale. Still, price was an issue for us, as we had a very specific budget we had to stay under. Howard came back out after our initial meeting and was able to get us to within our budget. Windows arrived within 5 weeks and are being installed today. Diego, Pedro, and William work cleanly, using drop cloths on EVERYTHING. They also work quietly- which is huge for me as I work from home. Our home is 100 yrs old, so I expected problems to arise during the install- none have!!! Jason stopped by during the install to answer my 1000 questions. They look great, and the sound dampening and heat protection are INSTANTLY noticeable. Kicking myself that we didn't do this years ago. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

Reece did an amazing job! We had all our windows, sliding doors, and our front door replaced by Reece. Everyone who was a part of the job was kind and hardworking. Our sales rep was friendly and gave us everything we wanted and of course worked some discounts out. They measured and took note of every door and window so that there were no mistakes the day of instal and everything was how we wanted it. The installation crew, wow! They worked so hard!! There was no messing around with them and they did a beautiful job. I was completely surprised to see all our sliders were framed out beautifully on top of the slider installation. My house literally looks like a new house! Thanks especially to the impressive slider work and detail. Reece may have been a little pricey compared to other companies. I honestly didn’t price anyone else out because I was impressed by their product. The windows/doors are American made, block the heat of the sun out well, are storm resistant, and look nice! It was worth every penny for my 80s house to feel brand new!
