The owner of Casco is an employee of FPL and his company works for FPL, and there are more workers at FPL that gives the work to him and this company, once this is revealed a lot of people will lose their jobs. This is going to come to light really soon...(5/5/23) I await your threat, then the fireworks will begin.
From the moment I walked into their showroom, until the minute they picked up the piece of equipment I rented, I felt like I was part of a family. Henry's customer service skills as well as knowledge of the equipment made the transaction go smoothly and efficiently. When the equipment was delivered, Henry once again thoroughly explained how the piece of equipment operated, its limits as well as its strengths. Hands down, one of the best transactions I have been a part of in a long time. Their attention to detail and dedication to satisfying the customer is a true testament of their training and leadership. I would recommend Casco Tools to anyone looking for the same kind of experience as mine. We need more companies like Casco Tools in this world.

We dealt with Fernando there and he was so helpful! Made the rental process very easy for us and was able to get us what we needed when no other rental company in the state had what we needed. We highly recommend and will be using them for all our future needs

I will never rent from CASCO again! If you rent a piece of equipment, the owners expect you to buy parts if you want it to work properly.
I rented a chainsaw and after a few minutes returned to the store to get a sharp chain. The clerk and mechanic told me they don't sharpen the chains; it is rented as is.
I purchased a file to try and sharpen the chain but the chain was so burned it wouldn't hold an edge so I had to buy a new chain. Once the new sharp chain was installed, it worked fine.
Even though the saw had a Ready to Rent tag, it was a joke as the saw was not properly tuned and the oil reservoir was not filled.
When I returned the saw this morning and complained to the clerk about the chain he told me the owners won't have the chains sharpened and" if you want a sharp chain they expect you to buy one!"
