I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their services. From Joe, the super knowledgeable, personal and thorough salesman;
- to William and Sebastian who did a nice clean and professional installation;
- to Arnaldo the friendly and very helpful technician who helped set up a glitch in remote access setup.
Though I cannot compare their pricing to the other 2 companies I got quotes from since the other 2 were not as thorough as Joe, and were trying to sell me systems that were not compatible with my existing application, I can say I could not be happier with end result. We decided on a “high end” efficiency system due to a promotional 10 year parts and labor warranty they currently are offering.
Kudos to HI-Vac from me!
Our AC quit about a week ago. Called around to get quotes and no one was willing to work with us. Ended up reaching out to HI-VAC and got in contact with Joe, best decision I ever made. Not only was our problem diagnosed, but it was taken care of within a few days of me first contacting them. We needed a new air conditioner and Joe was our man! He had us back up and running quickly to get out of the Florida heat. I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to HI-VAC and asking for Joe. He was a pleasure to work with and absolutely made sure we were taken care of every step of the way with our new install

HI VAC Air Conditioning Services exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Their professionalism and timeliness stood out immediately. They were eager to share information and educate me throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. The team didn't stop until the job was complete, ensuring everything was perfect before they left. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, leaving my space just as they found it. I couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided to me today. We had another big name company come and give us an estimate for the work required, and I was told that we need a new system and that we shouldn’t attempt to clean the air handlers coils as our specific coils when cleaned, tend to leak afterwards. So I opted to call a different company and I called Hi Vac, the technician that came to our house was Extremely thorough and spent hours cleaning the coils and the air handler. His name was Arnaldo. Great guy, takes his job very seriously and is an asset to your company.

I called HI-VAC at 8 pm on Memorial Day and Steven answered the call. I explained the situation and he said he would be here in 20 minutes. While I waited I thought the AC started to work and told him not to come, sure enough I was wrong. Called him right back and he came through! He explained in detail what the situation was and how to resolve it. He even put shoe covers on which is a plus for me, very respectful. I was nervous at first because sometimes on call is not the best experience but STEVEN was absolutely great. So if you need service ask for him, very humble and honest.

I had a new A/C unit installed by Hi-Vac in 2022. The company is extremely responsive to any inquiries and issues. They are always available immediately. I took a maintenance contract with them. Recently I had a service with their tech Peter. He was the most knowledgeable and detailed tech and did the best service I have ever witnessed. Thank you Hi-Vac for such great care and service.

I contacted this company, and they did a phenomenal job. joe explained everything to the T. They had a great financing option that NO other company was able to match (trust me I looked). Sebastian and Williams were extremely respectful and treated my house as it was their own when installing my system. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

I want to thank Joe & Joe for the fast and responsive service.
They provided a quote quickly, and were very timely and punctual in their appointment.
I live about 40 minutes away, and I appreciate the technology of receiving text messages and alerts. I was even able to track where they were when they mentioned that they were on the way.
