Took about 45 days to have a simple survey done. I thought they weren't even going to come to do it, forgot all about them. When they finally came and did the survey, the bill was 4 times what a normal surveying company would charge. I switched all my business to Target Surveying, 3 day lead time and a reasonable price. Sad because I read the reviews and believed that they would be on time. 4 times the amount of a normal survey wouldn't have been as obnoxious if it was within 24hours or a rush, but it after it took over month coupled with the price.. wow. If only they were as fast as their billing they would be a much better company. The actual survey itself was, well a survey, I don't see how you can screw that up, and they didn't. I buy and sell 3 to 4 properties a quarter. First and last time I would use them.
