Remodeling bathroom and found tile online at Home Depot and Lowe’s. Went to both stores and it was not in stock and samples had to be ordered. Received poor customer service at both locations. WENT TO FLOOR DECOR IN TAMPA, DALE MABRY AND THEY HAD THE TILE IN STOCK!!!! I RECEIVED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SHAWN, RICK AND THE ENTIRE STAFF! MY CONTRACTOR PICKED UP THE TILE THIS PASS WEEK AND THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS EXTREMELY EASY!!!! THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

I went to return a few loose tiles that were purchased loose when I remodeled my entire home and Brian Brooks refused to take them back. I showed him where they were purchased loose and he refused to honor the return. If I would know this when I picked up flooring for my entire home and they gave me loose tiles I would have refused them. As a senior citizen I felt taken advantage of with his rude demeanor and aggressive attitude.

Went to the Tampa location to purchase and pick up vanity. Told it would be tomorrow because they have no one to pull vanity. There was a person operating a forklift as I was told this. I explained that I drove a long way and specifically brought trailer for pickup. They didn't care. I will tell my future customers not to shop here. If they do, they have to deal with the lack of customer service.
