Do not buy from Gulf Tile. I purchased tile and they shorted me by several boxes, however, they changed me for all the tile and then argued about the shortage. They finally admitted they made an error. Not only that but I was short more tile and through research the exact same tile at LOWES for several thousand less.

I was extremely pleased with my laundry room remodel. Unlike the big box stores, Gulf Cabinetry salesperson came to my home to exact the right design for my laundry room. The team worked to achieve a plan, price, and installation which was exactly what I wanted; more storage space and an attractive modern look. Lou provided me with diagrams to approve and Kenny did a wonderful job installing the cabinets to my satisfaction, even coming on a non-work day to add some finishing touches. Kenny was very professional, followed Covid safety precautions, and was extremely polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend Gulf Tile and Cabinetry for any new construction or remodeling. You will not be disappointed!!

We worked with the team at Gulf Cabinetry, and could not be happier! When we first started thinking about a kitchen remodel, we didn't know where to start or what to do so we paid them a visit. We were greeted by one of the designers, Lorenzo, and he walked us through some of the differences in cabinets and tile (which we knew nothing about). We shared some pictures of our existing kitchen, and before we knew it Lorenzo had created a design of our kitchen with his recommendations. We didn't change a thing from his design - it was spectacular! We replaced the flooring, cabinets and countertops. The team at Gulf Cabinetry set the proper timeline for the project, and stayed connected with us throughout the entire process and made multiple visits to our home to check on the install progress. They made it all so very easy for us, which helped to make it stress free for us (and they even gave us a gift after the remodel was complete)! Now I can't wait to work on our master bathroom next!!

Lots of places have a good selection of tile. I choose a different place to spend my money because I am looking for customer service too. A recent remodel of a small guest bathroom had two issues that have not been rectified by Gulf Tile. Unopened tile pieces that weren't used would not be accepted by GT but they ordered the tile based on the dimensions given by the installer. Second, a cabinet was ordered and the product is too large for the bathroom, their response, "all sales are final". Interesting that they would rectify a problem a manufacturer made but not one they made. Too bad, we have three more bathrooms to go and they won't be getting out business.

The selection of products and design is huge and of very good quality. Being someone who ask way too many questions, the staff really took the time to give me the details and answer all my questions. I picked out a tile that happened to be made in the USA, which I really got a kick out of. The delivery process was easy and timely. Super solid experience from beginning to end.
