This place is amazing! A wide variety of product and options for a homeowners and vendors to source supply from. We renovated our home and were assisted by Nick and Hanssel through the process. Their customer service was top-notch. Very friendly, professional, and helpful through answering all questions. We highly recommend tile Outlets of America to our friends and family.
Their pricing was great, much better than floor, decor, and more. I was able to save and achieve a better quality product for our vision in our renovation.

Soon as we walked in we were greeted by Ileana Hernandez she was very helpful stayed with us to help us with what we needed she made the whole process very easy from going in and going out she is a great team player to the organization

Hello everyone been Customer for long time on n off. Today Sir Mike speaks out on return desk an item I purchased was damaged. Which in checkout return area embarrassed me. I thank Elizabeth for being kind and doing great customer service. But to use a word DAAMGED when the plastic receive heat but is still usable hmmmm. The finish trimmed was in great shape. I will hang it on my garage wall for memories.
Oh I almost when I said keep it that he did grab it. I then made him run his finger on finished side and he said it's not D. I took it back the trim edge for tiles

I'll be honest, I was happy that TOA was able to get and transfer tile I wanted(which they had previously carried) from another distributor in Miami. I paid the transfer fee, no problem. But the care in transportation, to include loading it on pallet into the bed of my truck is where I have an issue. The pallet was to low, caught my 5th wheel rail, and he just kept on going. The pic showed that. There is so much damaged tile(not just the 2 pics I uploaded)that even after I factor in the 10% extra tile, I hope it'll be enough. I've shopped here for all my tile needs in the past, but if this is the customer service I can expect to receive, I might have to do business elsewhere.
Edit 5/19/22: I did receive a call on the Monday after this incident from Bill the manager. Bill told me he would make it right by either getting me more tile or compensation.
I haven't had a chance to do this project yet, but having him call me and address my concerns spoke volumes to me about how Bill and this business addresses customer service. I will return to this business and recommend them to friends.

Rickey Williams really built my loyalty to tile outlets today. Thank you for turning my stressful day into a happy one. Prices are great here. I love that their inventory is in stock and I can leave with it same day. This place came recommended to us and it was a great recommendation. The floors and shower are all from tile outlet.

Absolutely EXCELLENT!!!! I wish I could give 10 stars. Let me explain.... I purchased some ledger tiles and ordered some corner pieces to go with them. A long story short... the corners were wrong. Turns out that there was a problem with the supplier of the corner pieces. I spoke with a manager named Rickey. Very professional and honest with me. I sent him some pics of my project and he came up with a solution to help me AND save me money. Also, Javier was very helpful and Ash at the sales counter was awesome too. I WILL RECOMMEND this location to all my friends and circle of influence. Being in retail for the last 22 years in Tampa ( I own T&D Golf on West Waters), I really appreciate businesses that make things right when sometimes things go wrong in life. I am extremely happy with the way I was treated and will definitely by back!!! Here is a picture of my project in progress!
