This was the only company that would come same day! Our AC was not working, Hendrik their tech was here within 3 hours and had our AC running right away. From the initial phone calls, to the completion of the work, everything was incredible. As far as pricing, I am not sure what to compare to so I believe it was fair. I absolutely recommend them.

And Services had originally installed my heat pump system for the prior owners and represent the manufacturer in my area. I've owned the house for 2 years; the system had not been serviced in 3 years and was due to be checked out. Justin was great. He showed me what i needed to know about the condition of the refrigerant charge, electrical contacts and replaced the UV bio light that helps keep mold, viruses, and bacteria controlled. I have a Nest thermostat and assisted him by controlling the system so he could easily check the system in both AC and heat modes. I joined the "service club" and am very happy with And Services and Justin; so much so that I want him to come do the next biannual checkup service. Disclosure: I have knowledge of HVAC systems and, at my age, just don't have the tools or desire to maintain the system myself anymore. Their cost for biannual service, and knowledge of this system in particular is seriously worth the price of admission.

My AC unit needs repairing so I called the AND Services number and scheduled a free estimate appointment. Paige was extremely helpful and kind. The technician came very late in the day as I was told the window for service was from 3p-6p and he arrived at 7:32pm. The technician was thorough, told me that it is a coil issue, and that the part is under warranty. He left very quickly once I told him that I was still getting estimates. Did not wear shoe protectors inside.

The capacitor on my outside A/C condenser unit went out and Victor M. was courteous and prompt and very thorough in his explanation for the cause of the problem. After a phone call to his manager and some bargaining he replaced the capacitor for a very reasonable price. Afterwards, he checked the R-410A refrigerant, the temperature inside the duct, and the static pressure to make sure everything else was working fine. I definitely recommend going with him.

I had an amazing experience with Zack from And Services, He was helpful at explaining his work and how the A/C unit operates and what parameters are needed for it to be functioning properly. I never felt ignored or uninformed about his work. Zack made the maintenance and repair of my A/C unit and enjoyable process, leaving me more informed about the units inert workings and how to properly maintain it for it to last. I was so pleased with Zack's job that I asked him to schedule an appointment for another property and service that unit as well. I give this guy 11 out of 10.

Overall , they did put solar on my roof, however they put a hole in my roof and now will not do anything to help correct the problem.. all of a sudden manager is never around and cannot give a 5 minute call to arrange a solution! Now I have to deal with my own roof leaking after spending 50k with them. Definitely not recommend them. Very unsatisfied customer

I had my air conditioner installed by AND Services and for the past summers it has stopped working for several days each summer. They send out a technician who says they have found the problem and fixed it. It works for a few hours and then stops again. Even though I call when it stops I usually have to wait until the end of the next day before someone comes out. In this month alone I have called 5 times and still no a/c.
