This company is awful. They need to be chased out of town. They literally spread dirt and debris all over homes, vehicles and yes people with complete disregard. More recently they’re in the habit of dropping their trailers throughout neighborhoods for hours and with zero concern for traffic or residents alike. You might have decent looking lawn (if you’re into it being “scalped”) but be prepared to ruin any relationship you have with your neighbors because they’ll be furious that your lawn care company is damaging their property and health!! Here is an example of the dirt left on my vehicle after one pass with a sponge on my hood. I live (3) doors down from the yard they were working on.
These guys are really incredible, they know their job very quickly and know what they have to do in each place. Excellent gardening solutions.

Worst lawn crew ever. They scalp your lawn and leave dirt and debris everywhere. My windshield is pitted because of their lack of care when mowing around vehicles. They NEVER clean behind themselves and leave all the clippings everywhere. I would recommend you go with a professional company who cares about their customers. Again, WORST LAWN SERVICE EVER EVER EVER!!!!!!! ??

July 2. 2024.....Trash flying out of the back of their work truck this morning and they must have been late for a job because they were haul butt heading north on the Veteran's. Slow down and dispose of your mountain dew big gulps the right way.

I had a terrible experience with Southern Florida Landscaping.
I went out of town for 3 weeks and wanted the grass in the front yard cut so that it wouldn’t be obvious that I was out of town. I got Southern Florida Landscaping/Bart’s (owner) number from a recommendation on Nextdoor and texted him about it. He asked for pics of the yard, we agreed on a price, and I assumed it would be taken care of.
On the day they were supposed to cut the FRONT yard, my security camera recorded one of Bart’s crew trying to go through the (locked) gate into my BACK yard. Then they went to the front door and rang the bell. Then they went to the gate and tried to go in the back yard again. Then they left.
I texted Bart the next day and he said it was a miscommunication and that he’d have someone come in the next couple of days.
When they showed up, they immediately started working on everything in the front yard – except the grass. They chopped all of my big ferns that go around the front of the house. Chopped a bunch of elephant ears. Chopped a flowering vine on a the side of a tree. Chopped over half of the still-green fronds out of two small palm trees. Chopped a bunch of other ferns on the side. Pulled a bunch of ferns out of the ground – like armfuls of ferns that I’d paid for and planted being stuffed into trashcans. Trampled several other clumps of ferns that will die. Apparently pulled up a small variegated ginger plant I’d put in one bed a couple of months ago. It’s gone. And, they chopped off the whole bottom half of the branches on a shrubby tree that I’ve been trimming into shape every year for 9 YEARS. Some of the branches were over 2 inches thick and a few feet long and the tree will NEVER grow back to the form that I had it in. Why would anyone do that?!?!?!?!?!
I was driving when my cameras turned on, but stopped after a few minutes and took a look at the video. Bart’s guys were in the process of doing all of the damage described above when I looked. So, I called Bart right then and told him to get his crew to STOP IMMEDIATELY! Bart wasn’t on-site, and I told him that I was watching his guys chop, pull, and otherwise destroy a bunch of plants that I paid for and had been growing out for years. I exclaimed that I didn’t ask for any of that other stuff to be done and they needed to STOP, STOP, STOP!!!!!
He said he’d call them and tell them to stop. Said he was trying to do me a favor for not getting the grass cut when it was supposed to be cut. NO! I didn’t ask for any of that! Said he wouldn’t charge me and then he called them. They quit. They cleaned up some – not all – of the stuff they’d chopped and pulled, and then left.
You know what they didn’t chop? The grass. Seriously – they left and never cut the grass. Bart said he wouldn’t charge me since this was all his screw-up. But, they never did the one thing I hired them to do – cut the grass!
I told Bart that I’d be back in town in a few days and would get in touch to discuss what they’d done. When I got home, I texted him about coming by and looking at what all his guys had destroyed. He never got back to me and never came by. Never heard from him again.

Five Stars for integrity. A few days ago, I was in a parking lot where the lawn was being maintained. They inadvertently kicked up a small rock with an edger during their work and broke a window on my vehicle. I met with the lawn crew and explained what had occurred. The crew was apologetic and professional, putting me in contact with the owner, Bart. Bart was also very professional, apologized, and had a plan already in place for this type of incident. All I can say is wow! While many people deny their responsibility or make you fight tooth and nail to rectify it, Bart immediately takes care of the problem. For me, the integrity of the business owner is one of the most important decisions when hiring someone. For Bart and his integrity, it is Five Stars all day.

I hate to leave poor reviews but I feel this is warranted. I feel like I am begging for them to give me business and it isn't happening. No response from who I believe is the owner after well over 2 months of trying to get them to come do my landscaping. I didn't even quote other companies because I loved the approach that they had and the promises made but after the experience I have had and at least 2 months later with no follow up, I would not recommend. And the work I had done for the price, I could have saved a lot of money. I'm sorry but I gave every chance and you were always too busy.

Worst most uncaring lawn service ever most recently they chopped down all my bushes leaving just the branches laying all over to die and rot in piles. The same ones ive asked them several times to leave alone and not cut. They hurry to cut everything down and move to the next job. My flowers tomato plants...everything. Ive begged my landlords to get a new company this company ruined my solar lawn lights tomato plants flowers. I even found my solar lights in my garbage can once after they left after they broke it
