Had to restripe fading parking space lines and tire blocks after 10 years and invited DMI to quote the project. After naming all requirements that were important to us, incl. re-numbering spaces, Justin got back to me with a reasonable quote that I gladly accepted. Subsequently the work was performed in a night time slot of our choosing on and delivered in a highly qualitative fashion. Couldn't be happier :)
This is a great crew to work with. They are well organized, on time, respectful, and always fairly priced. They’ve helped me with my needs several times across (the vast majority of) Florida. I recommend them for anything parking-lot / driveway related.

DMI did fantastic work on our property near Tampa - Demo/fill/paving of a loading dock, and sealing/striping ~65k sq ft retail parking lot. Flo & Bill worked with us to make some last-second changes, communicated well with tenants & neighbors, and completed the project on-time and with high quality. Eagerly recommend this company.

Great company , great job working with Flo in the front office and Justin was such delight. They were on time and coordinated with my company Island breeze electrical perfectly. The service techs also were vary helpful . This company gave us the the upmost service. Most definitely recommend for future projects and jobs.

DMI did a fantastic job on our parking lots! Bill and Florence were easy to work with for the initial proposal, permitting and completion. Great communication. The parking lot crews made the project look effortless. Juan Carlos and Juan Diego take great pride in their work. We greatly appreciate the face lift that the new parking lots give our community.
