I can't say enough of this team of professionals. From Kay and Sierra guiding me through the selection of the quartz was seamless. They are professional, courteous and follow up to your satisfaction. Before leaving our home they cleaned the new countertops and left the kitchen beautiful. It was a wonderful experience and it is my pleasure to recommend them to anyone.

Beware! We paid in full for a counter top in January. No countertop was installed and they refuse a fair settlement. Even taxes and fees for services never performed have been kept . Not willing to reach any settlement and imply this is their standard methodology.

Truly the most inept company. If you want a professional experience, do not go here. During my first phone call with them, I explained that I wanted to add countertop to my kitchen and match existing granite countertop. They told me that would almost be impossible, stating “you do know granite is natural, right?” I brushed it off. Went to their showroom to look at a slab I thought matched. I was not offered a sample to take home. Then, a few weeks later, I went back to their showroom to see the slab again and this time, asked if I could bring a sample home to compare to my current kitchen countertops. They said “yes” and gave me a sample that I agreed to bring back once I decided. When I got home, I realized this would probably not work, but didn’t want to rule them out completely as it was close enough of a match that I could use if I didn’t find anything else (the new granite would be on opposite side of kitchen from existing granite). I spent the next week and a half going to other granite slab stores and comparing samples. On Feb 6, I was woken up at 8:30am (I work a night shift at my job, so I sleep most of the day) to a phone call from them. I didn’t answer. Went back to sleep. They then proceeded to call me two more times, leave two voicemails, and email me, asking for the sample back (all within a span of about 4 hours that morning). I finally woke up, called them back and told them I would bring sample back on 2/9, my next off day. At 11:20 am on 2/9, I was once again woken up by a call from them (didn’t answer) and sent an email, asking what time I’d bring it back. I got out of bed, drove there, and dropped it off around 12:30pm. They then had the audacity to email me to say I brought back wrong sample. When I called to confront them about their accusation, they told me they loaned me a bigger sample. Which in fact they did not. All I had was a small roughly 6x6in piece from them. Don’t waste your time with this disorganized place. Attached is a picture of my granite, a sample from a different store I went with (top- a perfect match that they told me I wouldn’t find), and their sample that I brought back (bottom).

Everything about the experience at Stone Outlet of Tampa was first rate. The sales process was simple and very fair. Melanie made no attempts to upsell or pressure us. Field measurement man (Chris) was extremely accurate and helpful, he made suggestions that we accepted to make our kitchen project come together nicely. Fab guys were also on top of their game, making suggestions how to lay out and fabricate the finished counter and backsplash pieces with our approval in mind (not just the bottom line cheapest way to get it done). Last but not least the installation crew was very friendly, clean cut and polite. They really took nice care of our home, and took efforts to keep the dust to a minimum. Final install is gorgeous!!! Thank You all around to the team at The Stone Outlet of Tampa for their huge part played in the creation of our beautiful new kitchen!!!!!

We had been shopping for Granite or Quartz counter tops and visited several showrooms in Tampa. A neighbor recommended Stone Outlet of Florida. He was using them for his counters in a complete kitchen remodel. We drove out to their showroom and were impressed with the quality, selection and knowledge of the staff. (We didn't know anything about granite or quartz, so we were total newbies.) We picked out a Quartzo style. Stone Outlet sent a representative to our location and did all measurements. Within 2 days we had a quote. Two weeks later, installers came out and removed our 20-year-old Formica counters and replaced them with the new quartz counters, all in one afternoon. I watched them work. The main section came as one seamless piece and had to weigh a ton. They placed it on the counter. It fit perfectly. A few hours later, the entire job was done--including a new Quartzo sink--deeper and more stylish than our old sink. We love the new look, and expect it to enhance our resale value should we ever decide to move. I recommend Stone Outlet of Florida, and their own Quartzo brand. For price, quality and service, they can't be beat.

Knowledgeable and professional staff.. I went in to get ideas for my countertops, everyone I came into contact with was very attentive whereas I went to anither store with a similar name and with three staff members sitting at the reception desk, not one as much as greeted me. Nevertheless I contacted Stone Outlet as I drove home to arrange for measurements of my countertops, they made me so comfortable with the way they conducted business when i visited that I gave the go ahead to the gentleman that came to my home to do a template without knowing the final price.
