Nasty work this company. The install crew is great, but if there is a breakdown in communication between you and the sales person they will not stand by the work. I worked with a rep named Steve who no longer works for the company, but we discussed replacing our sliding glass doors. I said these doors are old we would like to replace them. No further discussion was had. What we had was two operational sliding glass doors, what he put in the contract is OX, idk about you but I do not know construction jargon and did not know that meant one door was to be fixed. Spoke with Brian told him like if it’s a cost difference whatever I just want what we asked for and he basically said too bad so sad and will not do anything for me. They also ordered said door backwards and have to return to fix it. So no empathy whatsoever for the inconvenience. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I could forgo the contact I would. STAY AWAY!!!!

Amazing company that actually cares about the needs of their customers. My project was not the normal window replacement job. I called around many companies and nobody wanted to install new windows into a newly built addition on our home. Most only wanted to replace old windows. (I’m still baffled as to why.). Armorvue made the process easy and worked with our timeline to install 3 windows and a door, then come back and install the last one at a different time. The employees were all knowledgeable and professional. From the minute I called to the people at my home they all did an EXCELLENT job and I’m so happy about the beautiful new windows. They did the job they said they would in the time frame and price they quoted. I look forward to more new windows in my future.

ARMORVUE is an excellent window and door company. Steve (Sales Rep) arrived at my home on time and was professionally dressed. He thoroughly explained the different door styles and decorative glass types available on his laptop and catalog. He answered every question and I decided then to sign a contract. From start to finish it has been a smooth process with customer service Rose and Sara calling me with updates leading up to installation. The installers Alex and Andrew did an outstanding job paying attention to detail and always cleaned up after themselves. Andrew had noticed my door hardware did not fit so he trimmed the metal to make a perfect fit. After the final inspection, Mike and Riley did the final fine adjustments. What an amazing team! I highly recommend ARMORVUE for your door and window needs!
