Awesome experience and job well done! Chandler and Hunter did a great job at installing our new windows. They both were very detailed in their work. The windows look great and they did a great job in cleaning as they went. Ryan and Mark followed up after inspection removing stickers, cleaning windows and covering the screw holes and making sure all was good. During the window install Trevor came by to make sure everything looked and went in properly. Absolute Windows and doors really go the extra mile and truly care about providing quality at a fair price. We are so very glad we had them do our windows.

The employees are great to work with, hands down! The installation crew was fantastic. My issues are the following: 1. Was told initially 6 months, actually was 7 months. And that was with me hounding Jodi to get on the schedule. 2. 1/3 of the windows had to be replaced due to quality issues 3. The sliders were delivered with mold growing on each due to the storing of the windows outside until installation. It took hours to remove all of the mold. 4. I wrote 2x to the owners with pictures etc.. of the issues with absolutely no response. While I believe Absolute is a quality organization, I felt my experience did not reflect a quality transaction,($38k). Management needs to tighten up the quality processes a bit.

Absolute window & Door was great to work with from the first phone call. We met with Jarret in sales - he walked us through the process, a quote, met us at the showroom to see the actual windows and sliding glass doors - answered questions (even on the weekends) until we were please with the product, pricing and delivery schedule. The installation team was great, along with the quality team - the inspector for the company came out to our house during the install and after the completion of the project - it was nice to have that aspect where it was not just the homeowner - but the company wanted to ensure they installed a quality product. We had a 3 panel sliding doors installed - -what a difference from what the builder installed - and 16 windows - all hurricane rated - We could not be happier with the products , the install, and the final touches done by Absolute - we would have picked 10 stars if that was an option - My wife and I highly recommend this local business. (also the back office staff is great!!) Thanks Bryan & Sheryl

They are: honest, professional, reasonably priced, communicative, easy to work with and they clean up after themselves! I can’t say enough wonderful compliments about this company! TOTALLY RECOMMEND! Our experience with Absolute was very positive. David in sales was very knowledgeable and recommended the perfect impact windows, doors, and sliders. We love our windows and doors. We have told others to call Absolute. Our neighbors immediately noticed the difference. The installers Brandon and Ryan (forgetting 1) were great! They do wonderful work and came back to fix a small issue. Mark oversaw the project to ensure it went smoothly. Very impressed with the work, and would recommend you guys to anyone.

Prior to contacting Absolute Windows & Doors we had engaged a competitor. Half way through the entire house project we became disenchanted with the company’s leadership. We then reached out to Absolute Windows & Doors. Salesman David White, project manager Mark Hennen, installers Tyler & Josh, Service Team Brandon, Drew and Mark were all sincere, kind and respectful. However there were a couple of slight hiccups during the project related to the patio doors. Both Mark and Phil took ownership to ensure 110% satisfaction. We are extremely pleased and very satisfied with the project’s outcome. My only wish is that we should have engaged Absolute Windows & Doors from the beginning of our window and patio door replacement project. We would also be remiss if we didn’t acknowledge Trish and the office staff for providing timely updates and for scheduling around my weekly work travel. Finally, we would like to again thank everyone involved with our project for making it a pleasant experience.
