Would highly recommend this company. Pickering & Associates performed the required title insurance survey for the closing of our new home. Unfortunately, the title insurance company did not include a copy of the survey in the closing documents. I called Pickering expecting that they would refer me back to the title insurance company and the possible long bureaucracy that may ensue. Instead, within minutes of confirming who I was and the property address, they were able to locate the survey in their files and emailed it to me ... within minutes. I was amazed and very thankful. And no charge! And in receiving the survey, I found it to be a professionally done survey with all of the relevant information. Thank you Pickering! I will use them again for additional surveys that I might need.

Recently purchased a home in Sebastian, FL, and needed a survey for the bank. Called several companies in the area and some didn't return my call and others quoted me "6-8 weeks" turnaround time, which I didn't have. Found Pickering and spoke to Trevor. Awesome guy, super professional and nice, gave me a good price and had the survey to me in less than a few days. Would highly recommend this company. A++++++++ customer service, response time, and price.

Totally unprofessional! Took over 6 weeks just to receive a copy of an existing survey. This set my project back 6 weeks. Then they had the nerve to charge for an email copy of an existing survey that they had done. Beware.

Do NOT use this firm. Lacks professionalism and integrity. I contacted Kim in early December to update a survey he had just done six months prior with a small addition. My contractor needed this to file with the building permit. Kim asked for architect drawings, etc which I provided and let me know it would be a charge of $175. I approved the amount and he said he would begin working on it. I followed up thee weeks later in late December. He indicated they had been traveling for the holidays and were busy but promised to get me the survey by the end of the week or beginning of the next week. That would have been January 8th. Two more weeks have gone by and Kim as gone radio silent. Won’t answer email or phone calls. Once he picked up the phone and pretended it was a bad connection and said to leave an email. My project is now delayed FIVE weeks. If he didn’t want the job just tell me - don’t string me along and cause a delay. I’m sure he made a boatload of $$ with housing marking and this is not worth his time but it’s no way to treat customers. If I had known 5 weeks ago I would have gone elsewhere. Very unfair. Incredibly unprofessional. NO integrity.
