Very satisfied and highly recommend! My Samsung dryer stopped heating. I called Keith from a google search and he was very nice, explained how he prices his services. That made me feel comfortable and gave me a sense of trust. I called at 3:40 and he was here at 5:10(early!). 30 min and $160 later my dryer is heating again. My dryer hose was too long and got crimped in the back tripping the heat sensor. Heating element was protected by it. I can see people like me getting taken advantage of by telling me I needed to replace the expensive part and not the $10 part. He cut the hose and positioned it properly. Thank you Keith!
