Don't even waste your time and dollars on these guys! My service was scheduled for Friday. Friday morning I get a text from a guy called Derrick "Hi, this is Derrick with Healthy Home Termite & Pest Control. I wanted to see what day next week would work for your treatment..." I text him back asking what happened to today's treatment and then he started with all these gibberish that didn't make damn sense. In addition he started blaming this lady called Michele for his own mistakes which I really didn't like. I pressed him on why most of the stuff he was telling me at that time were not in the msg, including the technician canceling to which he said, "It was not necessary!" I just couldn't bare his lies, disrespect and untransparency. I canceled the service right away! Don't waste your money and time. Just support another small business that's worth it, not this one. Terrible customer service! If you can't trust them don't spend your money there.
Healthy Home Termite and Pest Control has been a very reliable company. Tyler came out today to respray for the yellow jackets. Yellow Jackets are hard to get rid of unless you find their nest. Tyler explained what he was going to do today. He was very polite and friendly. I appreciate this company working with me to get rid of these pesty Yellow Jackets. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a good pest control company.

I had some issue with my previous pest control using scare tactics to try to sell more services (insinuating we had termites when we did not). I had healthy home come and do a check, had them provide the termite service and signed up for quarterly pest control. It was easy, no pressure and they showed up when they said they would. Great job.

Alec, exterminator tech, visited my house today to treat. He was super nice, professional and thorough. Highly pleased with the services I receive from Healthy Home . This is a 5 STAR pest control company!

We have just started using Healthy Home. Kenneth came and he did an excellent job of spraying our home. We could not have asked for a better person. Will be seeing him in October. When we talked with Michele, she informed us that we could have our services the way we wanted to have them. That was great. We look forward to a lasting relationship. We appreciate the kindness and courtesy that was shown to us.

They are a good reliable family run small business. The service is excellent and their pricing is competitive. We switched from a larger company due to poor service & billing errors. We're very happy with Healthy Home.

Willard was on time, courteous, friendly, very thorough. I wasn’t there my son was, but he followed up with me before and after the service and it was great. Thank you so much for sending him.
