We had a bit of a rocky start but the customer service of CertaPro Painters was very good. They went out of their way to make everything right. Sandro did a wonderful job on the repairs and our cabinets were wonderfully painted by Sandro and his crew. We would definitely request him again!
Greg did a great job of providing a detailed quote. CertaPro was competitive with other large firms. Local painters, David & Eric, were very accommodating, professional, and skilled. We are pleased with the results.

Tony and Buddy were on time, courteous, and painted every detail perfectly. I'm a DYI guy, so my standards are very high. They pressure washed, removed downspouts,, and caulked the day before they painted. Excellent plastic masking and a thorough cleanup. I’m very pleased.

Our Certapro crew did a marvelous job from beginning to end. They were prompt, professional, thorough and highly skilled. Our 40 year old house never looked better.

We've used CertaPro for two different jobs and have had great experiences. Prices are fair and work is always completed within estimated window. We'll definitely return to them for our paint/stain needs in the future!

If I had to do it all over again, I would not. The crew that painted my home didn’t pay attention to details. Perhaps they were rushing because it was a big job. When I did my walk through, I didn’t notice some of the sloppy work. Also, only the supervisor spoke English and he was not at site the entire time. They arrived on time each day. The first day they arrived there was a crew of four including the supervisor. One female never returned after she and the supervisor left. It ended up being a crew of two growing most of the work. The supervisor assisted with painting doors and trim on the second day. They didn’t patch holes in the walls as promised, and only pained one side of the door if they didn’t paint if it was an entry to a room they painted. For the price, I would have thought that both sides would have been painted. They say put away fragile items. I had a candle holder on a table. They broke it and didn’t even tell me. Also, the supervisor had an oil leak in his truck and left a spot on my driveway that I had pressure washed recently. They threw a paint can on the ground, and it stained my grass. It was not what I expected.

We have used CertaPro Painters for two separate jobs at our house and have been extremely impressed with the work done! They are on time, you know exactly what's going on throughout the projects. Quotes are on target, no surprises! Would highly recommend them. In this day and time it's hard to fine reliable people, most won't even call you back. Not CertaPro they are top notch!

I had a great experience with CertaPro of Athens. Rusty came out to do an estimate and was very friendly and thorough. He reviewed the proposal with me before he left, and Phil contacted me to schedule the job. Phil was very helpful and open with communicating during scheduling. Finally, Felipe and his crew completed the job in a day, which was much sooner than expected. They removed wallpaper and painted some walls and trim. They were on time, friendly, and did a great job. I would definitely work with this company again!

We used them to paint our front porch, shutters & corbels. Turned out great. Also, we used them to stain our upper and lower decks/railings. For some unknown reasons, the stain did not adhere to the decking like we had hoped. The deck had been properly cleaned & pressure-washed by another company prior to us hiring CertaPro. The management team was quick to head out and see our concern & to suggest the best fix. It was not their fault the stain didn’t take well to our deck. Although we hadn’t originally planned to paint our deck a solid color instead of a natural stain, we went ahead and picked 4 sample colors & they brought those with no problem. We solidified our choice & crossed our fingers! It was WAY better than imagined and now we like it better than our original plan of a natural stain! We appreciated them helping us find a better solution and getting the samples out to us.
