Supplier, be aware of the business. They order from you, pay with Paypal and do a charge-back with their credit card/bank and pretend they never received their order.
They make it delivered to a 3rd party and a different address.
Lost 2000usd with them.
They order under the name of Matthew Quinn/DesignGalleria and send payment under the name of Sarah Beecham.

Attempted to purchase a La Cornue range from this company. I waited on multiple phone calls that I never received in attempt to get information regarding the range. Had to chase sales person down for a week…was promised return phone calls which weren’t received, had to leave messages with front desk (mailbox was full for sales associate). Finally reached the owner, Matthew, who was very rude and honestly I was so taken aback by this, I ended up having to tell him that because of his unprofessionalism and his curt responses, I would be purchasing the range elsewhere. Sometimes people forget to be humble and helpful once they’ve become successful. I hope going forward, Matthew realizes it’s hard to train staff accordingly when he sets the bar low.

Matthew Quinn is ultimately the best kitchen and all around lifestyle designer I know. He is calm and focused, precise and organized. And he can actually execute his and your vision to the exact specifications you have agreed on. In the chaos of building or renovating, you need his radar focus. It will save you tons of $$$ in the long run.
