If I could only leave 0 stars I would, very unprofessional and set up a time 24 hours prior to be at location at 7:30am ....waited till 1pm just for a no show, and had the nerve to request full payment at the time of the scheduling, which costed me a 30k job....do not,I repeat do NOT take a chance on them...your time and money will be wasted with no compensation ?
Horrible Horrible Service. Took my deposit and never showed up for the service. They have you signing contracts, pay upfront, and never show up. Waisted a full day and we will not use this company for any services

Never showed for a huge project. Promised me a time and I waited for hours only to receive a call stating a crane will be at the site in an hour. I was told that twice. Please do not hire these rookies for ANYTHING. Very unprofessional and lack of integrity

Horrible customer service. Guaranteed a time at 800 am for a crane. 10:00 I did not receive a call from anyone. I followed up with an arrival rime of 11:00 am. No-one arrived. At that point I requested a refund. A guy informed me that another crane would arrive within another hour. I have a Dialysis clinic that needs expeditited air conditioning and they have jeopardised the patients health by not being punctual and never showing up. I had to hire another company to come assist at that point in order to keep the Dialysis clinic up and running. Will never call these unprofessional individuals again.

Try to learn to not block the diesel pumps to go in and get ice… be more considerate of us people trying to fill up and go to work…… try not to take your time to fill your cooler up while blocking the pump.
