I have nothing but great experiences working with Superior. They have gone above and beyond when it comes to accommodating our schedules which are very short notice at times. Their crews are very professional and easy to work around. Darryl is an awesome operator and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to helping place equipment in tight quarters. All in all this is a great company from the office personnel to the field guys. Highly recommend!!

Our machine installer contacted Superior Rigging and confirmed a crane and I sent an email that day with the details. The email was never answered and when calling to confirm the details we were told the company didn't have a crane available. I have to problem with someone not having the availability of equipment but there is no reason to not answering the email and letting us know. Now we are scrambling for a crane at the last minute.

Attention truck drivers if you are planning on delivering to this company please do yourself a favor and cancel the load before coming here total disrespect towards truck drivers and their time. Second time here and it’s always a different story to get you offloaded please drivers stay away from this place. They have no respect for us truck drivers. Shame on you guys not taking care of us truck drivers even though you yourself have drivers too. Awful place all around.

I called on Superior to set a roof top unit for my company. I delt with Gabby Cagliani during the whole process and I must say she done an excellent job of setting everything up for me. I even had to postpone the job at the last minute but again she handled everything for me. She made my job a lot easier. Crane operator arrived on time and done a great job as well. Superior now has a customer for life.
