This place orders slabs site unseen and ships them to a fabricator. They charge 100% markup. My clients were led here by a designer they hired, and they selected some marble for their kitchen. 4 slabs. At least 1 of the 4 slabs was improperly gauged, meaning it was not a consistent thickness over the entire slab. So when 2 pieces were joined together, they did not match up. See picture. We informed Walker Zanger of this. They blamed us, the fabricator, and everyone else except themselves. They refused to come to our site to see the materials, or to engage in a phone conversation with us or the fabricator to understand the shortcomings of the material they sold us. They offered to us, via email, to sell us a new slab to replace the deficient one, paying their supplier for a new slab, but not also charging their 100% markup. Not accounting for my loss from having to pay the fabricator twice, nor the loss to my clients who were without a kitchen for several more weeks. So they still kept their profit on materials that were not acceptable. Beware of these people. Once they have your money they will write you off.

Went in a week before Thanksgiving and looked at tile. A few days later we decided on a tile we wanted to use for our project. Then the total lack of courtesy and service kicked in! Despite repeated phone calls, vms, and the contact form, we still haven’t had a response from ANYONE in the Miami Circle location. All we want is to know the price of the tile! One woman told us they “can’t give prices out over the phone”! Two weeks and no response and no idea how much the tile costs? Unacceptable. I know WZ has a reputation, but this is pathetic. Run, don’t walk away from this business.
