From my first phone call to discuss my bathroom project to the end, Intown Renovations has been excellent. They were on the ball from day one. My bathroom was to take between 4 to 6 weeks and they finished the job at 4 weeks. Everything was organized from the scheduling, the payment plan, to the work itself. Their work crews are highly respectful, professional and efficient. They took great care to clean up after themselves after each day. If something came up Alicia Wright handled all our requests immediately. Our project manager Heberto could not have been nicer, a pleasure to work with and did and excellent, beautiful job on our bathroom. Should I proceed with my 2nd bathroom renovation they will be my only call and I look forward to having them here again. Great job!!!

Don’t know where to begin……. 1. They left paint thinner in the construction dumpster in August and it combusted and took the fire dept over an hour to extinguish. Caught the tree next to my driveway on fire. They blamed me for tossing a cigarette in the dumpster but I wasn’t even home and don’t smoke. 2. The job supervision was terrible. They had to do so many appliance utilities twice because they ignored the appliance cut sheets that I compiled just for them. The subcontractors were not happy. 3. The trim they installed on the exterior of my house is falling off. They never returned my inquiries about this. 4. Barry, the owner, never set foot in our house after his initial interview.

This team is incredible. They were wonderful partners in helping me bring my renovation vision to life. My on-site project manager, Ollie, is a treasure and has the most terrific problem-solving attitude. I also really enjoyed working with their recommended subcontractors. As with any renovation project, costs crept up more than I would have liked but I feel like it was 100% worth it and the team was respectful to my budget. They did a full kitchen and bathroom renovation in my 1925 apartment. My kitchen was likely last renovated in the 90s, but wasn't done well (for instance, the duct work installed chopped my wall and window in half). I think my bathroom had mostly original fixtures that after almost 100 years (like the floor) weren't holding up well. The pictures* say it all (though I would love to take better pictures of my bathroom, it's such a small room that the photos don't do this transformation justice and it has beautiful art now). I am still in touch with them and will absolutely consider them for any further work. *picture quality is poor because I had to screenshot from my instagram, whoops! didn't realize I had deleted them already
