Ace Handyman Services mirror the superior customer service and expertise I have grown accustomed to with the Ace retail stores! Quick and easy scheduling. My "Handyman" Art showed up promptly and finished early. I threw another job at him and he was able to complete. He did quality work and had a pleasant personality. Highly recommend Ace Handyman for your next task, large or small.
Had the best experience with Berthon and Jet! They arrived on time and were so friendly and professional. Their work was excellent and they got everything fixed up and cleaned. We are so grateful for all their help! So excited to find a great repair service, and will definitely be returning to Ace for future repairs!
For LGBTQ folks, we're a sapphic/trans couple and we both felt comfortable around Berthon and Jet. They were both very respectful and nice and we didn't get a single rude or negative comment. Would definitely recommend both of them. :)

This was our first time using Ace Handyman Services of Buckhead/Smyrna, and our experience was great! Spoke to Palmer in the office, who was beyond helpful scheduling based on our project list. Art came to the house to do the work, called before coming, got everything done on our list, and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I will be scheduling him to come back for a couple additional projects. I would highly recommend Ace Handyman Services…. one of the best experiences we’ve had with a service company in Atlanta.

Jason, technician, did a great job—I was very pleased with his work. However, I received a call from the office requesting additional money for the services provided. I did not pay the additional hour and asked them to speak with Jason. The extra time was required to return a product and purchase a different product to complete the work. Jason was very fair in his assessment of the time used to complete the work. Despite the office call, I will use Ace handyman services again.

I had requested service from ace handyman due to the fact that I wanted a company with actual employees that are vetted, skilled and insured. Jamie arrived on time and had everything necessary to get two severely water damaged cabinet bottoms removed and replaced perfectly in a townhome we purchased. Also installed a rolling garbage can rack in the one cabinet. This is work that I would have never been able to handle. And Dawn who I had scheduled with was so kind and professional as well. I will have Jamie back to finish the honey do list. Well worth the money spent.
