Shane, Sam and Yhao did a great job for my move. My items were in 2 storage units. Plus everything was already boxed and in containers. I also assisted them with what items were located. The young gentleman discussed among themselves where and how to move and place the items on the truck. Unloading was swift and organized. They asked questions as where to place things. I recommend these young men. C Jenn

I would not recommend Ally My Son’s Movers and Delivery. We worked with this company for a move in June and it was a terrible experience. The company was very responsive to our inquiry and was able to get us on the schedule quickly, but they did not send enough people to get the job done. They quoted us for moving everything from our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home to our new home, about 10 minutes away. The quote was to move all the boxes and furniture to the rooms they were supposed to go in our new home and to re-assemble furniture in their rooms. In the end, they did not end up moving everything from our home, they piled the majority of the boxes in our new garage and living room, and they did not re-assemble furniture. The job was incomplete and poorly done, and the customer support was terrible. They sent a driver and two movers, but it seems they needed more people to get the job done. The driver did not help with the move and the two movers did not seem to be moving very efficiently or effectively. While it is a difficult job, we have had movers from other moves and there was a big difference in the pace and attitude. We also had friends come by to help unpack and they commented on how different it was from their experience with other movers. The crew arrived within the window they noted in the morning. By mid-day, we asked about whether they thought they would be able to get everything done. Dispatch noted that they would talk to the movers about moving faster. Later in the afternoon, we called again to express concern about the job getting done. The dispatcher or manager was very condescending - telling me he was trying to help but that they were doing the job they said they would. I later learned he was specifically using the language they needed to cover themselves for liability. We also noticed many things that were not done right during the move. One of my son’s shelves was wrapped in his embroidered quilt instead of using moving blanket. They wrapped it shut using duct tape, which left marks on the beautiful, gifted quilt (pictures attached). We had tables and shelves that were scratched during the move. They also did not tape or group the hardware for furniture they took apart to the furniture. They were supposed to re-assemble the furniture in our new home. We ended up having to re-assemble the furniture and buy new hardware for a bed set and the dining set because they didn’t keep it together. The process of moving is bound to have a headache or two, but do yourself a favor and hire more professional, conscientious movers.

my roomate and i hired all my sons moving and it was an underwhelming experience. the guy in charge who showed up was very kind but the other two were unprofessional. they asked if i’d cook dinner for them. ate my candy and left the trash on the floor. they were very slow and careless. i was quoted about 2 hours but they took NINE HOURS. we didn’t even have a couch or dining set. everyone who was with me came to the conclusion that they were taking their time to increase the price. they quoted us under $1,000 originally but when done they quoted us almost $3,000! then the guys didn’t even move everything. (picture below) we had to take 4 more trips on our own to move everything. he left my dresser upside down. what is the point of hiring movers if i have to do the job myself?? they left things outside of my apartment that ended up getting stolen! and when i contacted the man on the phone about it he completely ignored me. i never received a response. they are so unprofessional..do not hire them!

If I had to rate them solely on manners, timeliness, and the effort of working, I would rate them a 5 star. However, I must rate them as finished product. First problem I have with them is I'm paying for 4 men, but when they arrive, the time starts and I'm paying for ONLY 3 f9r the first 45 mins...why? Because I'm presented pages of co tracts that I wasn't sent in advance. So, now I'm under the pressure of reading every word while the 1 person, that should be loading becuase I'm paying by the hour, is standing over my shoulder. FOUL. I've should've been sent the contract Head of time so I can be prepared to sign when he arrives. Better yet, just let me do the admin work over email so they can start working. If that doesn't work, then start the time AFTER I finished signing all the documents. To add insult to injury, look at the way my stuff was packed and wrapped. I had items left behind because they didn't have enough room, but the real problem is they didn't take care of my items while packing.

What a disaster. They seemed to be so "on it" during calls beforehand. They brought NO paper furniture pads for a cross country pack, despite telling me on two occasions that's "what they did". Luckily we pre-bought pads 100 from Amazon. They didn't use them all and didn't wrap a bunch of items, plus didn't have enough to wrap many items. They also argued with me when I told them not to pack our garage stuff in the truck first (because of how I needed it unpacked on the other side). One of the 4 movers was totally new, barely moved, argued about wrapping items (this is metal - usually you don't wrap it) and didn't know what they were doing. The movers on the receiving side (which was All my Sons, different city) couldn't believe the packing job, loading job, or wrapping job. They said it was horrible and they would never do a job like this. I don't recommend All my Sons Atlanta, protect your items and go with someone else. Many of our items are damaged. Here are just 2 different items. I bought the extra insurance - but they are claiming it's only covered at 60 cents per pound. I might just go the small claims route. Luckily I took a lot of notes during all calls, kept everything, etc. To the company: Do not reply and tell me to "reach out to you". I have. Reach out to me if you want to "right" this.

After a lot of research, we decided to hire AMS for our moving between Greer SC and Kennesaw GA, as they had a great presentation about the whole process and how carefully things would be tagged, packed and transported. However the whole process was poorly conducted, to say the least: The team who actually executed loading and unloading on the trucks were hard-workers and stayed until late night to finish the work, which was not possible, and they had to return on the next day to load the remaining items (after two trucks already loaded). The checking and inventorying processes that were promised during the first visit by their sales representative, were not delivered, as tags for every single item, checklist for all our things and scanning upon delivery at the new house did not work as planned, at all. The team started tagging our furniture but gave up on it halfway through the process, as they were running very late and did not have enough tags anyway. It was also explained to me during the initial visit and walk-through, again with the sales representative, that their teams were professionals trained in how to pack and unpack every single item, which was not demonstrated by when the actual loading and unloading happened. Many items were poorly organized in the trucks and damaged (see some of the pictures attached). Simple things, like boxes for TVs, which we had ordered, were simply not planned by the loading team and they had to improvise with other boxes. In summary, the overall planning process was very poor and unprofessional. Two trucks were not enough to conduct the whole moving and in one of the pictures you can see how our remaining items were loaded into the U-Haul truck we brought to pick them up, as they were stored because there was not enough space in the two originally planned trucks. The timing allowed for the loading and unloading teams to tag, scan and pack everything was clearly not sufficient, as the team abandoned tagging and scanning after half of the first day, as they were running way behind on the schedule to get it all loaded. I would like to make it very clear that my frustration resides mainly on the terrible and poor planning delivered with our moving. We did a lot of research before hiring All My Sons and they were expected to provide the lowest level of headache, given how you present yourself and sell your services. However, it was by far not what we were presented with and I could caution anyone hiring AMS services to look for an alternative or stress every single detail with them. Afterwards, when I submitted the the warranty claim (which I only signed for the standard warranty), the team responsible for the claim did not want to address the fact that their portion of the contract was not delivered, which really feels like you fell into a scam (quality packing and transporting, tagging and inventorying all items, poor planning of the amount of trucks and hours needed to load and unload) and only offered less than a third of the claimed value. In the end, we would definitely not recommend AMS, mainly because they sell one level of quality and deliver something very different.

The five stars are definitely for Rashaad, Larry, and Nicholas. They were very attentive and efficient. They were courteous enough to help me arrange my things in my garage so that I could park my car. Upon cleaning their truck at the end of their shift they discovered two of my pictures were still in there and gave me a courtesy call to arrange how I could get them. When there was a question about the bill, Rashaad took initiative to call the right person to address it. I would recommend the company again and would add that as a customer, make sure you understand the price breakdown. While things are being packed, if any of your things are damaged, and they may need to be packed differently, they will let you know, and you can decide whether or not to accept the recommendations on what materials. All of my things were intact and special care was taken for a very important grandfather clock that I’ve had for years. They emptied my storage unit under the time expected. This with somewhat of an emotional move and they did a fantastic job.
