5 Star service from day one. Constantly communicating throughout the process. Pricing amazing along with quality work (unheard-of today). Stone Max needs to be your first and last stop for stone. Stonemax (especially Rosi, their primary point of contact) was absolutely wonderful to do business with and took all of the guesswork out of purchasing custom countertops. They have access to some of the most beautiful stone and quartz countertop materials around - that you can go look at in person. The template technician was extraordinarily accurate. The installation techs were very courteous, professional and did an amazing job. Rosi provided clear communication and was readily accessible by phone and text. I had beautiful quartz countertops perfectly measured, cut and installed in one week (seven days). I highly recommend Stonemax.

Rosi was super helpful and accommodating throughout the process of replacing my kitchen countertop! She was very patient and worked hard to get the quartz I was looking for. The warehouse had a great selection of quartz and granite. The team installed the countertop quickly and promptly resolved issues as they came up. I would definitely call them again!

I was given StoneMax number from a friend who worked on their kitchen. I didn’t know or realize I would be needing and wanting my dream kitchen. From the first time I spoke to Mrs Rosie I felt like family. I felt as though I was making the best choice by going with StoneMax vs any other company.
They walked me through the process from the beginning to the end. The made me feel like royalty. Everyone was professional and friendly. Anytime I called with questions they helped me anytime I wasn’t so sure they helped me. Through all the calls and text messages. I can say I finally am very pleased I went with StoneMax.
My service guy was Carlos he made sure I was happy with every step process. I truly I would use them again and refer them to anyone I know. I’m a very pleased customer that revived nothing but top tier customer service and service. Thank you again StoneMax.

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience working with Rosi and the team at Stonemax. From leaving a message late in the day on a Friday right before closing time (Rosi returned my call AFTER hours) through the final installation day, they were fantastic!! Every employee we came in contact with was extremely professional, knowledgeable and accessible, not to mention very personable. We never had a problem having a question answered or someone quick to respond to our needs. They made us feel like we were the only customer they were dealing with. My husband is a semi-retired contractor and deals with a lot of vendors. He said Stonemax was the best by far that he has worked with. We would recommend them to anyone looking to receive top notch professional stonework done.

I received a few requests to quote my job. I was not comfortable with any of them. The moment I started speaking with Rosi from StoneMax I felt at ease. She was knowledgeable and never rushed me into any decision making. Her suggestions were spot on. Her follow ups to each of our conversations were a breath of fresh air. Her patience in dealing with someone who has never done this before was so comforting. I really felt like I was dealing with a friend. The gentleman that installed my countertops did a fabulous job. Stonemax is a very professional and customer service driven company. I had a lot of questions/anxiety about the process of picking and installing counter tops for a kitchen remodeling project. Rosi was very patient and helped me through the process by answering all of my questions. The installation of the countertops (and sink) went well with only a few minor issues that Rosi quickly came out and resolved.
I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
