Trent has been servicing my air-conditioning and heating system for the past few years - always professional. The systems had some major issues when I first called A-OK Heating & Cooling a few years back. They were quick to respond and diagnosed the malfunctions within the hour. It would have cost a small fortune to replace the units but they were able to fix the issues at a very reasonable price. All systems run perfectly now. Merry Christmas everyone!!

Trent showed up early and got to it, unfortunately there was no hope for my 21 year old unit....lol. He explained everything to me twice, in a good way. RIP old unit.

Tyler did great with coming out the next day and taking care of my needs with a new unit! Very friendly and knowledgeable, got me a great energy efficient unit the next day!! Also to the guys that installed the units, they worked so hard to finish by the end of the day!! Thanks A-OK ….highly recommended!

Great service, nice guys, friendly and helpful. They were able to respond the same day I called. I have a warranty covering parts but no labor for this unit. The labor charge for warranty work seems really high but then maybe it isn't any higher than other companies. Bottom line is they are very customer oriented and you can trust them. Over the years, they have put in three different systems for me.

Tyler was our first point of contact and he was very kind and compassionate since our unit went out on a Sunday and on Mother's Day. He made sure he had set us up an appointment the next day. Trent the technician was very professional and was very thorough with troubleshooting our unit. I found him to be honest on what was going on with our unit. I would highly recommend this company.
