Lightening strike disabled my garage door opener. Joe Simon came to the house, diagnosed the problem, and ordered appropriate replacement. Joe kept his appointment on time, found the right opener through his distributor, and installed the new opener in timeframe he promised. Joe was easy to work with, knew his product, and was very efficient in installation of new opener. He made sure all codes were inputted and that I was comfortable with the new operator. Aaron Overhead Door and Joe Simon proved t be a great supplier.

Everyone I've spoken with at Aaron Overhead Doors has been an absolute sweetheart. Josh went out of his way to come to my house ahead of schedule and took a look at my malfunctioning garage door opener; turns out it was some faulty wiring, and he fixed it up and had it working again inside of ten minutes. Afterward he made sure all of the other components of the door and opener system were working just in case. Really lovely people with very reasonable pricing and excellent service, I highly recommend them!

Joe Simon did a very good job replacing the springs on my garage door. He is clearly well trained and experienced. Keep him! I was very put off when I say the invoice that had no more on it than to provide no detain on charges. I do not know the specifics I was charged for, such has springs - Price, labor - rate and charge, tune up (if not included) and if the service visit was included at the agreed to amount at appointment set up. Should I need your services again, I will insist on a detailed charge list, not that I showed up and here's what you owe!

He installed an AC unit cage and it looks great and very secure. He also installed a handle bar for the stair case. Very dependable and excellent workmanship.

I did not use this company personally, but they randomly decided to drive over my lawn which is why I'm writing a review since they injected themselves into my life. Would I trust a company who would disrespect someone's property like this. Update : Company responded, took ownership of the issue and offered a remedy which I probably won't use. The fact that they didn't make excuses and apologized is good enough for me.

My installers Matt and Marco were friendly, professional and did a outstanding job. They removed my old doors and hardware, installed new doors, motors, and hardware with attention to detail making sure my needs were met. I love my beautiful new doors and already notice a difference in the temperature with the fully insulated doors. From the beginning of going over door selection with my amazing sale guy Destin to following up with all my questions and communications on installation dates to final installation has been a top notch experience with excellence customer service. I highly recommend Aaron Overhead Doors for any garage door needs.
