I had a great experience with Entrypoint. My sales rep, Drew Pevear, was friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. He really seemed to want the best solution for my house. We had some back and forth before my final order was placed as my door was super big and some considerations had to be dealt with. My door came for installation and was exactly as we intended and the install was smoothly. Our door was very big and super heavy but they were careful with everything and it has transformed the front of my home. The guys that did the install was absolutely fantastic!
We had an issue with the lock/handle a few days later and I called Drew and the same installer came out that day and fixed it.
I would recommend this company and would order from them again should the occasion arise.
Doug Randall came out today to adjust our two old Peachtree patio doors which needed the hinges adjusted since they did not close properly. He did a great job again for us. He also installed our double iron entry doors five years ago and that was a fantastic install as well. Highly recommend Doug and Entry Point doors.

First, I want to say I love my iron door. The process of picking it out and designing the padullum above the door was great. What I can't understand is the lack of communication from this company and the fact that the door I thought I ordered an 8ft. and I now I have a ten ft., door (but that's a whole other issue). I had my door installed at the beginning of June (which the installation crew was great) and have yet to receive any kind of communication from them as to whether I'm satisfy or how I like the door, how the installation went, nothing. The whole time during this process I was the one to initiate updates as to what was going on with my order. The lack of communication and no follow up after the installation is why I give them a two star.

I love my new iron door! John was the installer and he exceeded my expectations in every way! John explained all details of the door and proper care instructions. His precision in installing was flawless. No touch up on walls or floor inside or out where needed. He heft my home spotless! Entry Point’s communication was wonderful. They constantly keep me up to date! Thank you to all who served us at Entry Point!

I placed an order to replace two French doors and transoms. The doors arrived the wrong size with the wrong thresholds and the transoms the wrong shape. 2 months later the new doors arrived. Still with the wrong thresholds and transoms the wrong shape. 6 months later the doors arrived and the transoms were still wrong and after installation the doors had a large gap on the bottom. I have now sent it all back and canceled my order. Save yourself the trouble.

I have only good comments regarding EntryPoint Doors and Windows. Taylor came to my house first and showed me an array of doors. Becky gave me invaluable help regarding the door design. The gentleman who took the door measurements was very nice and, thankfully, very accurate. The installers worked hard and did a great job. Everyone was wonderful, and I love my door!

We purchased a door from Entry Point doors and we are very pleased. Our sales rep Mitchell Hunt explained everything when we were looking for a new door and gave us exactly what we wanted. Our installer was Craig and he was very professional, on time and very fast with the install. Can't say enough about how pleased we are with the entire process. Wil buy from them again if the need arises.

Great experience with EntryPoint Doors & Windows! We found them through our local Home Depot’s recommendation after getting a quote from another iron door company via a zoom call done by a high pressure salesman, so we were not convinced especially when that company gave us a quote that was out of sight and not in our budget! EntryPoint sent a knowledgable and personable Design Consultant (Holly Parrish) from their Atlanta office to our home near Birmingham, AL to present what they could do for us in person and sold us almost immediately after we went over everything; the process, the options in styles, finishes, materials, fixtures, the guaranteed quality, and the timing of manufacture and installation. Someone came out after we agreed to purchase from EntryPoint to take exact measurements for the design and install. We were then assigned an Iron Door Project Manager (Becky Randall) who did a CAD drawing with our choices so we could visualize our custom look just for the style of our English Tudor home. Both Holly and Becky were always available, responsive and patient with any questions or concerns that we had as we worked together to accomplish our goal. We could not be more pleased with our new iron door thus far. It was purchased to replace a wooden mahogany door that we always loved, but the constant maintenance due to weathering on it was laborious and expensive. Having a solid and more weatherproof door giving us more privacy that is absolutely gorgeous and enhances the look the front of our home is invaluable and most appreciated! The 4-month wait to get the door perfect to our specs was worth it and the installation crew was professional and efficient in removing old door and casing and replacing with our new masterpiece!!
