Great family owned company! We are new residents to Georgia and we needed a fence for our dog and two young kids. I scheduled to get an estimate and quote for our new construction home. Mrs Mallory was very nice and easy to work with and sent Mr Larry out. Just want to say how great Larry is, gave us an idea that would work best for us, and offered two different quotes that would work with our budget. It has been nearly 3 years since the installation of our privacy fence around our yard and our automatic gate on our driveway. We have yet to go more than a month or two without our gate failing to work. Larry comes out and fixes it each time, after weeks of the gate not functioning properly. He continues to put band-aid repairs on the gate instead of just re-doing it entirely. One of the pictures shows one of his bandaid fixes, where he poured cement in the ground and added the mismatched wood to try and anchor the gate to prevent it from dragging. He also said he would come back and paint it to match which never happened. It is on both sides of the gate. The other picture shows for reference the size of dog we have that the gate is meant to keep from getting into the road. As you can see from his three legs, that happened once already which is why we got the fence and gate in the first place. Obviously he can walk right through the opening in the gate. We can’t let him out in the yard unattended anymore, again. My husband and I both called and left messages with North Atlanta Fence last week and still have not heard anything back. For the amount of money we spent with them, it is really a shame that this is their level of customer service and responsiveness. I’m sure if we wanted an estimate they would have responded quickly. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.
