I am so thankful for the reviews we read on google (as well as Angi's list and facebook) that led us to choose Anthony as our home inspector for our new construction build. We had concerns with a rough builder experience as we approached closing and are so very thankful for Anthony's thorough inspection. We felt he took his time with the inspection, then took additional time to walk us through (since we were allowed only a 2 day gap to closing). He then he provided a great, detailed in word and picture report. Given our time crunch, the report was much appreciated when we received it only hours after he'd been to the property. Our seeking Anthony's expertise was well worth the expense (which was comparable with the 3 other estimates I received). I highly recommend Anthony!

We had a great experience with our home inspection! He was very thorough and detailed! The report was very descriptive and even had additional links to explain the standards. He walked us through the house at the end and explained everything to us. I highly recommend this company.

Matt was there on time and took the time to show me all the things he found concerning the inspection. He also was very good and identifying how serious some aspects of the inspection were and how others were not to be too concerned with at the time. His report SAVED us from purchasing a house that would have cost us a lot of money down the road. Can’t say enough good things about Matt representing Martins Home Inspections. We will recommend Martins to our friends.

We've used A.T. Martin for inspections on a couple of our homes, and they have always been fantastic. Matt does an excellent job, is very thorough, and takes the time to explain his findings in total layman's terms. The reports are really easy to understand, always include lots of photos, and usually are provided the same day, in our experience. Most recently, they were able to accommodate a really tight schedule with a short due diligence and inspected a home for us on Memorial Day. Really appreciate the top-notch service and highly recommend this company for home inspections.

Anthony did our third party inspection for our new home. It was a great experience on our end. He explained everything thoroughly as he did the inspection. Showed me lots of things I didn’t even know about the house and really went above an beyond what I would have expected an inspector to do. The price was very reasonable and he gave me everything I needed to feel good about closing on our home. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an inspector.

Absolutely great and affordable service, Anthony was extremely thorough and he identified and explained all his findings once his inspection was complete, he has a great personality and the service was extremely affordable and saved us thousands in repairs costs. This being our first time buying a home we were unsure exactly what to do and Anthony made this a very easy process as well as very informative. My wife and I definitely would recommend A.T. Martin to anyone who is buying a home. Thank you sir we look forward to having you over for a cookout once we are moved in.

A.T. Martin Home Inspections is a great company! I would recommend them every time. They inspected two homes for me and were very detailed on each report. They were timely,consistent and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond during the inspection process and were able to explain some items in depth when I had questions about the report. Matt was my inspector and I met him at the house. Since I was there we did a walk through, and he showed me some concerns about the property. He was very nice, and helped me make my home purchase experience wonderful.
