Sean was outstanding! It was found that our spark plugs were old and not gapped properly, along with a gas valve screw was plugged. All of which should have been noticed during our semi-annual maintenance last month. Thank you Sean you were our hero. We sincerely hope you are our assigned technician moving forward.

I had my generac generator serviced by Anderson Power Services. I was very impressed by the thoroughness and the attention that their service technician, Justin, provided. The service was a little more expensive than I had anticipated, but I believe I received my monies worth. I would recommend their service anytime , and I will continue to use Anderson Power Services in the future.

I was very pleased with the service I received today from the service technician Justin. He was very thorough in the preventative maintenance on my generator as well as answering all my questions. He definitely has a good understanding of the Generac generator and was able to make some great suggestions in helping me protect my home during power outages.

Service tech Sean was extremely professional, informative, knowledgeable, and HONEST. Arrived early, we discussed generator issues, and he went to work. Found the problem immediately, resolved and tested to verify. Performed annual maintenance and checked/ verified all settings, downloaded new software updates and as a final test we did a power outage transfer. As a new customer, it’s refreshing to be able to converse with a technician who’s fully knowledgeable about the systems he’s servicing. M King.
