I had them cut a piece of glass for an old picture frame. It fit perfectly. Good prices, fast and friendly service. I would definitely use them again.
The chaos coordinator took great care of me. Came in to replace a small piece of glass that they custom cut. I’m now looking at replacing some of my windows. Great customer service. I highly recommend Columbus Glass Masters LLC.

Our giant dogs cracked the big picture window in the living room. I want to replace all our windows but not right now! Columbus Glass Masters cut me a thicker pane and installed the next business day. The price was reasonable, the service was fast and friendly, they did exactly what I wanted them to, can’t be happier. On top of that, they sent a thank you card in the mail. These are my glass people from now on. Excellent small business experience!

Columbus Glass Masters replaced 3 dormer windows for me along with the associated windows sills and trip.
Working with them went smoothly and they installed the 3 windows. The windows themselves are good and high quality.
Unfortunately the installation left a lot to be desired. The caulking on the outside where the brick molding is appears to have been done by a 10 year old person! There is no smooth caulking line.
Where the molding was attached to the siding the nail holds were not sealed. There is rust around the nail holes from the nails being exposed to the elements.
The lapboard was cracked when the old windows were removed. The lapboard was not sealed and left exposed to the elements.
