I give them 4 stars just because they blindsided me with the cost of refilling my home fire extinguisher. I called earlier to get a quote on a 7lb ABC type fire extinguisher and I was quoted $25. When I got there I paid $40, it’s just like buying a brand new one, I wasn’t happy. They did not include their extra fees like 6yr inspection fee and valve stems. I wish they were more upfront about it.

Fuller Fire & Safety has always provided excellent service to me through their staff and their products. I have lived in two different houses over the past four years and in both homes they have installed my new equipment with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Every staff member that I have come in contact with (office professionals and field technicians) have always been helpful, respectful, and very informative. At the end of the day, I couldn't be happier with FF&S. Their people are great and I always feel safe inside my home and I am confident that my home is protected and safe when I am away.

I set an appointment with Fuller Fire & Safety. Took the morning off work. After they were 35 minutes late I called them to check status. The receptionist seemed disheveled when I called, as if she was unaware that I had an appointment. After a brief hold she came back on the line and said that the sales rep had an emergency. I asked if she was going to call me to advise me of this? She didn't answer my question she simply asked if I was going to be home all morning. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment! Two thumbs down. They are incredibly unprofessional and I wouldn't trust them to secure my trash.
