Brandy answered my call about a non-working air unit. It was late in the evening on a Sunday. With great effort, she was able to dispatch a repairman. Raymond came with a short notice. The temperature was approaching 100 degrees. He made a repair and got the unit running again. What a blessing. What a man, so honest and kind. Energy Savers has always given good reliable service. I have used them for years, and I highly recommend them. Thank you, Brandy and Raymond.

Mr. Manny was AWESOME. He's knowledgeable, professional and very respectful. He kept me informed and updated with what he was doing. After completing the maintenance on both units, he gave me a detailed summary. I highly recommend Mr. Manny!

I am very pleased with the work done by Energy Savers. Your Technician , Willis provided exemplary customer service from start to finish. In addition, in my eyes, he did stellar work because no one in the past has ever corrected the issues I was experiencing with my system! Willis not only corrected a three year HVAC issue, he was very professional in explaining all the details of his work. This alone showed me that Energy Savers higher Top-Notch Technicians. David was very caring and concerned and was gentle with the hard news of the status of our AC unit and system. He made it convenient for me to set up a future appointment to discuss options and informed me honestly of pricing and timing and how I could make us comfortable in the meantime. Very professional gentleman and looked very put together.

I appreciated that Energy Savers got me in as quickly as they did and the technician called and arrived ahead of schedule. David was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions. He completed the job quickly & efficiently, and I loved that he laid out all my options and didn’t try to railroad me into services I didn’t need!
Would that all service people/companies worked this way! Outstanding job!

Cody Mayhand was EXCELLENT! He should be Employee of The Week, Month, Year and Decade if his work and skill today (on Sunday) is the fix for this unit’s issue. Another friendly, professional and Exceptionally VERY thorough in assessing the issue with our system. Took time to troubleshoot the system found some additional issues that other technicians had perhaps overlooked in assessing the condition of our air conditioning system and rechecked the system after making piping adjustments. We appreciate the staff of Energy Savers and Special Thanks to Brandi in Customer Service for arranging Cody’s service visit today for us. Best In Class Customer Service. Swift, reliable and customer focused people throughout this organization. A few years back I had an 18 year old HVAC system that was due for replacement after dying. I went through Energy Savers to get the replacement installed. The price was great, unit has worked way better than the original, and the service was even better. Since then I've kept their yearly service to clean/inspect my system, and every interaction since then, including my yearly appointment today, has been great. I highly recommend reaching out to them for any HVAC needs.
