I needed to have a sectional couch amd some wheels/tires removed from my home, and another sectional moved to my upstairs. Brian and Joe came, and made light work of the task. They were so professional and provided amazing service! If I have any future moving needs, I will definitely reach out to InTown Moving Service!

I had a great experience with this company. Specifically, the moving team that came out were professional, kind, courteous, and prompt. They were able to schedule me in on short notice, which I really appreciated. If ever needed I would definitely use this company again.

Thank you thank you! From the time I called to inquire you all have been a great help mark is the best. My fiancé and I recently moved to Columbus for a fresh start. In town moving service was professional. The movers were on time and accommodating and professional. Both gentleman moved quick it really made this move so easy thank you again

We had a fantastic experience with this company and their hardworking movers. We were stood up by another company and called them for help, and they were able to come that afternoon! They were very communicative and showed up promptly with all the equipment needed for our move. The team was efficient, kind, and careful with all of our household items and furniture. I would recommend them to anyone in need of great movers!

From start to finish we had a great experience. Customer service was excellent. They were clear about expectations and timelines. Our movers were prompt and got the job done in a timely manor. They were very polite and engaging. We would certainly recommend.

BEWARE! Intown moving service is a scam! We were overcharged, charged without our authorization, and left with broken furniture, damage to our home, and an overall horrible and unprofessional experience. The service ended up taking three times the estimated amount of time due to their unprofessionalism, poor planning, and unmotivated employees.
To pack and move our 1 bedroom apartment, we were given an 8 hour estimate and told we would be charged by the hour at $230 per hour. (Of note, the average cost to move in this area is $40-150 an hour, but we were willing to pay more for the superior services this company promised- a promise that went unfulfilled).
They began work at 9:40am worked until 3am on the first day, still did not finish, and were late to the job site the next day to complete the job. They worked for an additional 5 hours before they left without our knowledge and with furniture still needing to be moved. They ignored our phone calls and text messages. We thought they had stolen our property, but they ended up driving to our home without us and left it on the porch unattended in the rain. They claimed they did not have our phone number to call us and tell us they left which is false as they called and texted us multiple times throughout the day and could have easily walked over and told us they were leaving. We ended up being charged $3,116.50 and would have been charged an additional $2,686.86 if we had not told our bank to turn our card off. They took advantage of the hourly rate and took longer to get more money from us. They charged us for 8 hours before they even showed up to work, and then charged us again for additional time without discussing it with us.
On the first day, one of the employees literally quit and walked off the job site. One of them also stole $70 out of my purse while I wasn’t looking. This just proves the unprofessionalism of the owner and the employees he hires.
I am a first time home buyer and am so disappointed in the amounts of scrapes, dents, and scratches left on my home and on our furniture. The owner himself tried to lift a dresser by the legs and snapped one of the legs off, completely breaking it. After complaining, they sent a check for $300 even though it was a $600 dresser.
I can not say enough negative things about the “management” of this company. We tried calling to talk to the manager about our situation and left messages that were never returned. Turns out, the owner, Lung, was on site working on our move and still didn’t speak to us or return our calls for concern. Lung is a liar and a scammer if he claims this company is the “best moving company in Columbus”. If I could give 0 stars I would.
