Great product and even better service. The crew showed up on time and completed the install in a timely fashion. They also explained how the windows operated, warranty information, and also cleaning procedures. Extremely happy with my windows and would highly recommend.
The team of men that did the install were great. They did a professional job on the install. Our new windows look great.

Window World installed a custom storm door with a dog door. They were on time, the door fit perfectly, and the install went quickly. Our dog loves the door!

Window world did an awesome job. I was at work wife said they got their at 2 and was done with 7 windows by 6 before I got home. Love the new window.

Got to say I am really disappointed in the quality of the windows and the service when you need them. We have tried for over a year to have a window replaced right next to our front entry, we paid good money for the gas filled windows just to have them looked stained on the inside, I wish I had of really looked around for a more reliable window, maybe this will help someone out there , all I know is replacements may never come

Very disappointed with the little attention to detail at point of order, quality product and installation. For one, the doors I ordered from a brochure and hand drawing did not reflect the actual doors delivered. They were more wood than glass which defeated the whole purpose of opening this space up. First red flag: no measurements were given, no computerized rendition, nor a picture of the actual doors were ever sent prior to installation. For a $10,000 project you would think they would be incredibly detailed.
The installation was just as bad. I noted rot under the door they removed and questioned whether that would be removed. The answer was “no, I cannot rebuild your whole home.” Then proceeded to cover it with a piece of wood right in front of me. A piece of moulding in the framing of this door was removed because the door did not clear it. I was able to avoid installation of moulding that did not match the original. No attempt at consulting with me, the homeowner, the details. The finished product are awkwardly sized windows and doors.

Daniel and his crew was very helpful and professional. The quality of the service was phenomenal. I purchased windows from Window World a couple of years ago and they re-wrapped the old windows to look like the new ones. They took proud in their work and helped framed a window so it could wrap properly. Their attitude was great. I really enjoyed the professionalism and quality of service from all three gentlemen. Their ROCK!!!
