ECI has been excellent for our minor and major residential projects. We've used them for adding our EV charger, upgrading our main panel and repairing some outside underground wiring runs to our barn. All done well and for fair prices.
ECI was very professional and explained every item so that there were no hidden cost and you knew exactly what to expect. They came and replace a light fixture as well as added outdoor lighting around my house. We had a problem due to landscaping team, but ECI came right out and repair this issue with no problem. Thank you ECI, I will be using your team in the future!

One evening I texted Sylvester with an "emergency" internet connection problem. The emergency was that my husband was driving me nuts because the WIFI doesn't reach his "office". He showed up early the next morning to fix the problem and install some Ethernet cable.
When he was here we added three pendant lights and ten can recessed lights to the list. Oh and of course I had to have the lights Alexa enabled because... well just because I could. He was VERY patient with me and had some great ideas.
Now I can see clearly and have a happy husband again. With the 230MB download speed I will probably never see him again. lol

I worked for ECI just shy of 3 months, and during my time there i witnessed nothing but ignorance and costly mistakes. They hired me as a temp to be a helper under the pretense of being hired directly after a 3 week probationary period. For the first month, only one supervisor even knew i existed, and after 3 weeks, i asked if we were ready to move along with the hiring process and was told that due to covid the process would be delayed. Before i even went to be interviewed and go through the hiring process for the temporary agency ECI uses, i discussed with their office employee (ECI) and made it known that i had a baby on the way due in september. Complications arose in the pregnancy that cause that date to be pushed forward to mid august. When i called my foreman to let him know that i had to take my fiance to the hospital to deliver, he said that was fine just to let them know what was going on. Not 5 minutes later i get a text saying that another foreman said to tell me to not come back to work at all, that i was being fired. I called to get an explanation and was told 2 seperate lies. First it was that i was lying about where i was, then it was that there were too many people on site (mind you they just hired someone not a week earlier). Long story short, awful company, avoid if possible, if not, good luck.

I recently had a new attic fan motor and thermostat installed by Mr. Sylvester Thomas. He represents the best of this company. He is professional and personable and came and did the job in a timely fashion. He explained everything to my understanding and I am grateful to feel that my business was valued by this company. Though I received estimates from other companies I felt the best about ECI and went with them. I would recommend this company to others and use them again when I have electrical needs.
