I had a simple problem with my gate remote. The tech came and played around with the gate and told me the entire system needs t be replaced and send me an estimate for $9,180.00. I refused to go with their recommendation since I knew there was nothing wrong with the system. I got new remotes and haven't had any problem since then. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
I have a hard wired, finicky farm gate that has been the bane of my existence. I have had several technicians look at it to no avail. FINALLY The Gate Doctor came to the rescue. Bobby was very knowledgeable and was able to find the problem quickly. A part was needed to be ordered which came much earlier than anticipated. The entire process from setting up the appointment to actual installation ran so smoothly. The professionalism is top notch. It has been a few months since the fix and I am happy to report it is still working which is a miracle.

I have had nothing but a fabulous experience with gate doctor! I moved into a new home with an automatic gate, which due to the original build and installation, causes issues with the welding. The first instance was in January 2023 and they were quick and efficient, and the price was reasonable. They also visited again and re welded for free as well as taught me how to program a fob I had purchased on Amazon.

We had scheduled a service to have a new gate doctor motor and gate access equipment installed and after many back and forth communications they came out to do the motor exchange and began the process of installation. It turns out that the owner of the property wanted to have a different style of gate installed additionally. The install was paused and we had several exchanges with ideas for a gate. This process took a very long time upwards of 3 months. The gate styles were not of the style the customer was looking for. What finally happened is it was decided to cancel the install. We asked for our deposit back, considering that they did make a visit to the property for installation but no work was rendered except removal of old motor. The Gate Doctor refuses to refund any or part of the deposit. They took it upon themselves to CONFISCATE THESE FUNDS, and are unwilling to even discuss and equitable solution and there is no flexibility. You don't run a successful business by confiscating deposits.

I called a couple of weeks ago to schedule a tech visit to install a new keypad and program two fobs for my automatic gate. Previous company very difficult to reach and never returned calls. Tech arrived on time and as scheduled. Office was in touch the entire few weeks b/c I had lots of questions, always returned my calls promptly, plus a bonus is that after hours there is an answering service and a person actually answers. All calls returned ASAP. Very professional staff. Knowledgable. Tech installed the keypad today in no time at all. Programmed key fobs. Price very, very reasonable. I will def use this company again and refer as much as possible.
