I received five (5) other estimates for my siding and windows replacement. I Highly Recommend Keystone Siding & Windows for your exterior improvements (No need for you to look any further)! Keystone Siding & Windows provided a very reasonable and competitive cost estimate which was very descriptive in detail with the proposed scope of work. Shannon, who provided the cost estimate, was also the main contact person (Project Manager) for my siding, windows, and even door replacement project. Your project manager would be someone else other than the estimator with most other companies. I found this as a plus with Keystone Siding & Windows. It was a pleasure to work with Shannon from the first day that I met him to the very last day of the project. He had good suggestions and options as I worked with him finalizing the cost estimate and the scope of work as we proceeded. Shannon and his team performed very professionally providing great exterior improvements to me and my wife’s house! They even cut-in a new small window in the existing exterior wall of our clothes closet (other companies excluded this kind of work). So, again, I Highly Recommend Keystone Siding & Windows for your exterior improvements!

We could not be happier with Keystone Siding and Windows! Chad was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he oversaw the entire project which included removing our stucco, removing any rotting wood, and replacing the entire house with Hardiplank. They also replaced the gutters, and repainted the entire house and trim. Their crews were prompt, highly professional, cleaned up behind all of their work, and very friendly! Our home looks amazing thanks to Keystone Siding and Windows!! Highly recommend!!!

I had my south facing 25 year old master bedroom window, master bath window, and backdoor replaced. Chad Reis was straight forward with quoting, answered my questions, and in contact and supportive during the installed. The installer team were amazing and I will welcome them again. Pricing and Products are excellent. My bedroom will not been super hot this summer. Attaching after (new first ?) and before pics at the end.

The team at Keystone did an awesome job. We had some serious siding issues and basic carpentry work in various places around the house. Also, a fresh coat of paint on the house and trim was needed as well. On day one the carpentry team was on time along with the general contractor from Keystone and work was completed on time in one day. Day two the painting team was on time and along with the general contractor they started putting on the fresh coat of house paint and trim. Keystone's team was friendly, professional and attentive to answer any questions I had. We were completely satisfied with the overall price and work completed.

Keystone just finished a complete siding replacement and exterior paint project on our house. Old Louisiana Pacific siding was replaced with Nichiha fiber cement boards. The team led by Erick completed the whole house in six days with excellent workmanship. They identified some window trim and some chimney structure that needed to be replaced and we coordinated the work and the small adjustment to the price per the ground rules laid out clearly in the contract. The crew cleaned up each day. Be aware if your house is multi-storied, they will need access for ladders which may impact your shrubs close to the house. The paint team, led by Marlo, spent the whole first day preparing the house, caulking the new siding to all the windows and trim and either covering windows with liquid mask or with tape and plastic. After a cold morning on the second day, painting started in late morning and progressed rapidly, nearly finishing three sides by 7 pm. The third day, they finished the fourth side, completed the gloss paint on the trim, painted the front door inside and out and added a second coat of paint to the garage doors. Everything looks great. Throughout the estimating process and the actual work, Chad was very informative and easy to maintain contact and answer questions. I highly recommend Keystone Siding and Windows for their siding and painting work.
